The scale was delivered quickly with full tracking. It was well packaged for the journey and was brand-new, factory sealed equipment. A minor issue with the calibration weight was promptly corrected. Would definitely use Scales Plus again!

Ordered a floor scale and it came within a couple of days. The scale is great! This is the kind of service I love!

Order was correct and delivered in time

Ordered a Scale received it and it did not have the weight modes that it said it had on the website and also on the box. I was told that it was a “cut and paste” mistake. I needed Troy Ounces and that was not included. I was issued a Return Merchandise Authorization RMA. But it did not include the shipping I paid when I bought the scale or my return shipping. I called and they changed the RMA to refund all.

Everything turned out fine but I had to spend way more time than I should have.

I found a scale somewhere else.

Scales Plus was great to work with. We needed a part for our pallet jack and they got it out to us very promptly. We had a small technical issue when we received it but the customer service was exceptional and rectified the problem. Thanks for a great experience.
