Aymane was a pleasure to deal with on handover and was professional ensuring I was happy with paperwork and ensured the car was taxed and insured.
He also took the time to explain the part exchange process and it was seemless

Really enjoyed my experience at Saxtons! The service was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and everything was spot on. ⚠️ Disappointing Experience – Please Be Careful

We are very disappointed with Sextons, After buying the Range Rover Sport, we noticed that it was pulling to the left. We had the alignment checked, but the problem continued.

After a professional inspection, we were informed that the car had one original/company tyre and three Chinese/non-original tyres, and that the mismatch could be the reason for the pulling issue. This was something we were not informed about when purchasing the car.

We went back to the company expecting them to take responsibility, but they told us that because it had already been 4 months, they could not help and that we would have to pay for replacement tyres ourselves.

They also charged us for a 36-month warranty covering the engine and other parts, but after this experience, we are concerned about how genuine future warranty claims will be handled.

We are extremely dissatisfied with the deal and the way our concern has been handled.We feel completely let down by their transparency, service, and responsibility.

Public notice: Please don’t trust their words blindly. Get the tyres, alignment, warranty, and overall condition of the car checked by an independent professional before buying. Make sure everything is disclosed and confirmed in writing.

Saxtons have a fantastic level of stock and are happy for you to browse. Very relaxed and helpful when looking at specific vehicles and will be obliging with test drives.
Obviously keen to bag a sale, but not too pressurising.

I was respectfully treated by the staff. However I've ended up with a cracked windscreen which I reported to the saesman as soon as I noticed it. His responce was, get on to your in touch with your insurance!
Make sure you check every inch of the car before you part with your money!

Very helpful and polite staff, on arrival minor issue with vehicle which was rectified immediately. Sales staff 5 star, can't comment on after sales and hopefully won't have to if the car purchased has no issues.
Overall highly recommend giving this company a visit if you are looking for a quality prestige used vehicle.

I dealt with Ishmail and Aymane when purchasing my car. Both of them were extremely helpful and professional but friendly too. The whole process took 4 days from test driving/deposit to driving the car away which I thought was exceptional. I do have to say Ishmail went above and beyond, there were a few minor hiccups along the way and he was responsive and did everything to get them resolved. Even after sales he has been helping with which isn't his job. The way issues are dealt with matter and I never felt I was 'palmed off' once I had purchased the car. I highly recommend Saxtons and will be returning in the future.

The guys were very condescending to me as a female customer. I knew more than they did about the car I was looking at and their answers to my questions suggested they thought I’d be a pushover.

I purchased a Mercedes V-Class Black XLWB from Saxtons on 7 July 2026 for my chauffeur business.
Unfortunately, the vehicle had several issues, including dents and paintwork defects, concerns about previous accident repairs, problems with the sliding-door controls, and noises from the doors and interior when driving over bumps and turning. I had explained before purchasing that the vehicle was required for chauffeuring, so its condition, reliability, and presentation were particularly important to me.
On 13 July, only six days after purchase, I emailed Saxtons asking what the procedure was for returning the vehicle because I was unhappy with it. I did not receive a response. I also emailed them on 14 July about a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle had 11,315 miles, but the mileage shown in the sales documentation was different. I asked them to correct this, but again received no response.
After more than three weeks of trying to arrange the return, the vehicle was finally collected by Saxtons on the morning of 6 August. I showed the collection representative the faults and handed over both keys and the V5 document.
Saxtons has since inspected the vehicle but says it could not reproduce some of the problems and has asked me to demonstrate them again. I do not understand why I should have to demonstrate the same issues again when they were already raised and shown at collection. They have also declined to process my refund and have suggested repairs instead.
This situation has prevented me from working as a chauffeur since purchasing the vehicle and has caused financial loss, stress, and considerable disruption. As of the date of this review, Saxtons has not processed my refund and the matter remains unresolved.
I am sharing my genuine experience so that potential customers can make an informed decision. I hope Saxtons will now resolve the matter promptly

I was amazed by the high percentage of negative reviews, but having been through the buying experience, I can understand! I recently bought a nearly new Kia EV9. My initial contact was good, but I was then passed on to a decidedly unprofessional salesperson. I wanted to collect on a Tuesday, and was told that it wasn’t possible as it “was his day off”. I went for Monday, only to be told it also wasn’t possible as his “handover expert was off”. Clearly customers come last! He even had the front to ask for a positive review with his name on it!

Then there’s the £299 admin fee scam, which is just a blatant attempt to increase their margin. The vehicle hadn’t been very well prepared. At least it has the balance of the Kia seven year warranty.

I wouldn’t buy from Saxtons again.
