Really disappointed. These trainers are really not comfortable and certainly not worth the money. Love the look of them but they really hurt my feet. After sales team were disappointingly bad. Nothing good about my experience of Sans Matin. I will not be purchasing again.

What a fabulous shoe. Wonderful customer service.
These shoes are a fantastic style, high fashion and high comfort. They fit slightly large so I went down a size and the exchange was fast and efficient.
Great with so many outfits and even on the first day of wearing them I was asked four times where I bought them. These will be my Summer go to shoes.

Was really excited to wear the shoes and paid $200 for them, but the order never arrived. I contacted the email address from the order but they never wrote back :'( Seems like a scam company.

Very disappointed. Customer Service was slow - had to email repeatedly to find out where my order was; one style not in stock for over 4 weeks so requested a refund which was also slow to be processed. The style that was in stock were really uncomfortable, not soft leather at all but really hard and cheap feeling; one size damaged on sole and the fit was dreadful - 40 way too small and 41 way too big !!! See other negative reviews that said the same. Overall really disappointed and I had to pay a service charge to return them!!!!

First purchase and unfortunately the shoes didn’t fit. The return process was easy enough but they deduct a service charge for a refund. They take 14 business days to review before they make a refund! This process needs to be quicker I do not recommend this company based on their customer service.

Gorgeous trainers, lovely design and super comfortable. Like all trainers they need wearing in a little and this did hurt a bit but that’s all part of new trainers. Packaging was a nice surprise too.

Beautiful shoes - stylish and comfortable, and well-made. Came in lush packaging too. And a size 8 is a proper size 8 (42!)

Very comfortable and stylish. The delivery was fast, from when I placed the order and then exchanged the order for a suitable size, which was a seamless process. I will most certainly purchase from Sans Matin again for trainers. The price might be a bit expensive, but it’s worth it for the style, comfort, excellent customer service & prompt postage & delivery service.

I absolutely L😍VE this brand!
Maybe I am bias, but I can’t fault any of the designs. I have the C20, The Ludo and now The Lala. Quality is excellent, the only ones I had a blister with on the initial wear were the C20, but other than that they look smart with any outfit & I love the addition Dust Bags you get with each pair.

Ok trainers. But not comfortable as promised. The leather is hard. My partners has blisters on his heel after a short walk. Would I buy them again? No. I expect a pair of trainers to be comfortable from the start for this price.

Bought some shoes for my girlfriend, which then I returned. I’ve sent the shoes back over 3 weeks ago but still haven’t my refund. Have emailed 3 times, still haven’t heard back.

I ordered two pairs of trainers (in two seperate orders). The trainers are a really lovely design - they just didn’t work for me. I must be between sizes.

Returned them and got confirmation 12 January 2024 that they had been received.

Their website says that they take up to five business days to process a refund. After ten business days/ two calendar weeks I had still not had my refunds.

I emailed and chased got one refund through for one order. Had to chase again to get the second refund.

The trainers are lovely and every communication I have had with them has been polite but they really need to up their standards when it comes to issuing refunds promptly - it’s a really important part of e-commerce.

Shipped quickly and laces are beautiful, good quality like the original ones when my trainers were new but clean!

Absolutely thrilled. Fit true to size. Extremely comfortable even the first time I wore them. I usually suffer with new shoes or trainers, Very elegant as they look great with jeans or skirt.

The Sans Martin trainer is one of the most comfortable trainers I have ever had. I bought a pair last year, which have had a lot of wear and they still look in good condition and have retained their comfort. I decided to get a white pair this time. The company kept me up to date with the progress of the order and delivery was made within 3 days. I am pleased to say they are as comfortable as my other pair.
