I'm sure the shoes are lovely for those people who find them a good fit. I did not, and chose to return them. Received an email saying my returns had been received on 7th August. It's now the 29th August and still no refund, despite my chasing multiple times. Shocking service. DO NOT USE.

Incredibly comfortable, beautifully styled flatform shoes. Very soft leather, with cool details. I love them! All sent really quickly in gorgeous packaging. What a treat! 🥰
Will definitely save up for another pair.

Shopping and customer service experience was great and the shoes looked beautiful when they arrived. Owned and worn them for a few months now. They are soooooo comfortable and I always get lots of compliments. So happy I bought these shoes and will definitely go back for another pair when (actually if!!) they ever need replacing.

There product is below average. They should be brought up on criminal charges for there finance agreements.

I've now purchased 2 pairs of Sans Matin. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had, I wear them all the time. For the first time in 30 years following a rtc I have no back pain and they fit like a glove! I wear these with orthotics and Sam's Matin accommodate them very well, not many shoes will do this and still look so stylish They look great with everything too. I love them!

Great sneakers of excellent quality that really are comfortable. Customer service was also responsive when I wanted to enquire about availability and stock. My wife ordered a pair too and needed to exchange for a different size. This process was also slick and helpful.

Recently purchased my first pair of San Matins (Tata) and I LOVE THEM! Certainly won’t be the last. Beautiful design and quality leather. Great service and packaging. They have a very distinct look and feel great on, very comfortable.

Have looked at these for a year but decided to go for it. There was a discount. Had to preorder but it took no time really. I love them. No breaking in. Very stylish. Trying to keep these in pristine condition to wear with dresses… I’m 5ft 3 so love the platform sole…

I have ordered a few times now. Never had any issues with returns and exchanges. Now own a couple of pairs and they are the most comfortable trainers I wear. They are pricey but I have made use of buying during the sales.

I ordered 2 sizes to try; I’m between sizes. I saw them advertised in main UK stream media many times, including reputable ones who obviously didn’t check the product quantity but endorsed them. I regret not checking reviews before buying. One pair was my size, I wore them indoors for 10 min. They rubbed terribly at the back. I decided to return both pairs and informed customer service of the reasons. They received the goods in a few days, but I received my money after a month after threatening legal action. I buy online only from what I think are safe outlets. This was the worst experience. Product is badly designed and the returns process is terrible. I wonder how they still stay in business. The whole experience was in UK.

These shoes may be amazing but think twice about ordering if you think you may need to return. I have had to chase my refund after the published 14 working day period. I have had a response apologising and confirming that a refund has been processed but that this may take up to 10 days. No sign of it yet. This is the longest period I have ever had to wait for a refund and I am not convinced it will happen based on other reviews here.

I’ve looked at this brand for so long but was too high a price point. However I took the plunge when they had a good discount. Love them. Very stylish. Very comfortable but not quite as comfortable as my FitFlop ones but these are def more stylish…

I love the shoes, however the discrepancy between regular sizes is bigger than usual!

I hope someone will forward the message to CEOs. Would buy multiple pairs if u change it. I hope you take feedback seriously & improve. It has been a painful experience with sizing…

Really want the shoes, but the sizing discrepancy makes me not want to buy them! I look forward 2 acknowledgement of this issue

And truly hope you will take active steps for it & start offering half sizes as soon as possible.

Comfortable and beautiful shoes. I didn't even have to wear them in! Only pair of shoes I took to Venice and I walked in them for 2 days straight and they did not rub once, such good quality. Got lots of compliments on them too.

Hope you like them as they make it so difficult to return! Also not a good fit, very stiff around the ankle. Definitely not a cushioned, comfortable fit!

I purchased the Lala trainer online in late summer 2023 in my normal size 37. Unfortunately these were too big but I was very easily able to exchange for a size 36 which fit snugly, but felt comfortable. However, I ended up saving them for nice spring weather and only wore them today for the first time when I went out for lunch in London. I live a 10 minute walk from the train station, and then all the rest of my steps today were short walks around central London to and from tube stations to a restaurant and cafe. Both of my heels are absolutely raw from the experience, despite an emergency stop halfway through the afternoon to put giant plasters on each. This seems to have done little to stop the incessant rubbing. By the time I got home, I could barely walk. I’m struggling to think of any shoe I have ever worn which have done this much damage to both of my feet - and in one afternoon, with very gentle walking. By comparison, I recently spent less money on a pair of Hoka trainers and then wore them for their first outing on a 16km walk along the south coast and had not a single blister. It is safe to say I would not purchase Sans Matin again. For those who find them the most comfortable shoe they have had, congratulations you lucky people - but my goodness, that is the polar opposite of my experience. I will investigate if possible to find a way to break in but there is something about how the heel rubs constantly which I think is not going to be just a matter of persistence - and in any case, the idea of putting them on again right now is eye watering.

After 1 month, I am still waiting for my refund of 164£. I have now opened a case with PayPal.
Decided to return as they are very uncomfortable and quite heavy.

Love the look of the trainer, but they did give me bad blisters. San Matin did contact me to understand the issue and look how to improve - great client experience
