User Ordered a pair of trainers for my wife 10 days ago, I got an initial confirmation email and haven’t received any information since I’ve contacted Customer support by Email three times and left messages on their Instagram page and still after three days haven’t had a single response…!!!! after reading the reviews on trustpilot it’s now become apparent that their Customer service is pretty much non-existent and an absolute sham at Best… so clearly when something goes wrong like them losing my Order there is simply no way to get it resolved as you never get an response or answer…..
this company is an absolute joke And I will never be ordering from them again. I’ll be contacting my Credit Card for a section 75 claim against this company for neglect to supply or engage with me on the whereabouts of my purchase

Fantastic customer service - I love the shoes - very comfortable from day one - but a fault developed. I emailed customer service with photos - they responded very promptly and agreed to replace my shoes but my size was temporarily out of stock. Nevertheless Tsholo was extremely helpful and quick to reply - thank you

The quality is not as good as it used to be. The last 2 pairs i bought were made in Portugal and the quality was impressive, leather so soft it felt like walking on a could.
The pair i just received which is made in Columbia isn't as good. The insides are not leather anymore. Cheaper material at the same price, shame! I would have been very disappointed had I bought them at the full price. As it happens, they had a 30% discount.

I ordered some trainers from this company. There's a fault on them but otherwise I like them. I would have returned them and reordered but they are now out of stock in my size. I have emailed customer service several times for advice on the best way forward. They could either let me know when my size will be back in stock or perhaps offer a discount because of the fault. After all, their products aren't cheap. They never reply!
I wish that I'd read the other negative reviews and not just the positive ones before ordering from this company.

On a positive note, since writing this review, I have now had a response from customer service and they have sent me a replacement pair of trainers. I do love the product. It's far superior to some makes. It's such a pity this took so long.

Ordered the new Hera Low Top Traines in blue , very comfortable from the first wear excellent col goes with everything normally 5 exchanged them for a 4 easy return scan QR code on your phone no printer needed then scan at post office quick customer service exchanged and received ASAP this company is excellent trainers are so well made l would highly recommend thank you 😊

First the company is so responsive. My shoes came right away in excellent packaging. I took them out of the box and literally walked all day in them. Perfect fit, so comfortable and received inquiries from people. I purchased red and am looking into the blue now. Absolutely LOVE these shoes! Great experience!

I have four pairs of San Martins. They are of exceptional quality and lovely designs. I have plantar faciitis, so comfort is everything, so I choose the wedge trainers for this reason. I can walk miles in them and I always get compliments. Do buy the protector kit so you can keep them looking great for longer

Exceptional customer service and integrity
I want to commend Sans Matin for how professionally and empathetically they handled an issue we experienced with a pair of shoes purchased for my wife. Unfortunately, a manufacturing defect caused a heel failure that resulted in an injury and discomfort while travelling — obviously not the experience anyone wants.
From the moment I contacted customer service, the response was prompt, transparent, and genuinely caring. Tsholo from the Customer Relations team provided a clear explanation, took full responsibility, and offered a thoughtful solution rather than hiding behind policy. We were given the option of a full refund, but Sans Matin instead proposed sending a brand-new pair made by their new Portuguese manufacturers, along with a £50 gift voucher as a goodwill gesture.
The communication throughout was excellent, the apology felt sincere, and the company clearly stands behind both its products and its customers. It’s refreshing to deal with a brand that values long-term trust over short-term transactions.
Mistakes can happen with any product, but how a company responds is what really matters — and Sans Matin handled this exceptionally well. We’re very happy with the outcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them based on their customer service alone.
