Very hard shoes
These shoes were hard and uncomfortable. I got bad blisters the second day I wore them. I am a size 6.5 with normal fitting.

Very squeaky!
Very squeaky!! So unwearable. Unfortunately I’m having to return them tomorrow. Such a shame as I love the style and they are Very comfortable. Having read other reviews I’m hoping there is no problem getting my money back.

I love this new brand
I love this new brand. They are literally the most comfortable trainers I have worn. The style is artfully subtle and the details makes this trainer stand out from others. They were delivered fast and efficiently.

Incredible shoes
Incredible shoes. I have now bought multiple pairs and they're all incredibly comfortable and look great with whatever I wear - can't recommend enough!

Update
Update, the shoes have now been back with the warehouse for 9 working days. No response to a request for an update.
I’m delighted that the “new reviewer” below has had a great experience, as she is in the minority.
The test of a business relates to customer care and dealing with issues, not just taking orders and generating income.
Looks like SM are a big fail.

Super stylish and comfy
Absolutely love these shoes! They are so comfy, and super stylish. Great for the office as well as they are also smart. Customer service was great, and delivered super quickly. I love this brand and have now recommended to my family too.

ordered 2 pairs & returned 1 - had confirmation of return but no refund. 2 x emails sent & still no contact or refund - disappointing!

No refund!
Great shoes - used them a lot but one pair had to return. Got confirmation of receipt of goods but no refund ! After two attempts at emailing with no response had to get credit card company to refund ! Not impressed. Be interested to hear if others had easily received refunds!

I had a slight issue with the trainers I bought but the level of customer service from Alia was absolutely amazing. It is so nice to see proper after purchase care.
