Samsoe Samsoe hat die Ware an mich mit DHL gesendet, auf dem Retourenlabel stand der (billige) Versender GLS. Ich habe die Ware sorgfältig verpackt. Mit GLS habe ich bisher noch keine Erfahrung gemacht. Die Versandtasche kam mit nassem Inhalt an!!!! Samsoe Samsoe hat das Ganze dokumentiert und mich gefragt, ob die Ware wieder an meine Adresse gehen soll. Ich war entsetzt! Einen Transportschaden wurde erst bei GLS angzeigt, nachdem ich darum bat, aber GLS lehnte den Schaden ab und lieferte als Beweis ein nichtssagendes Foto der Versandtasche. Der Transportweg ist lang, was sagt ein Foto aus? So eine Versandtasche muss nicht sichtbar äußerlich beschädigt sein, damit Wasser eindringen kann. Da genügt ein klitzekleines Loch. Aber es sieht wohl so aus, als ob ich auf dem Schaden sitzenbleiben werde.
Werde künftig Paketinhalte vor dem Versenden ablichten und das Verschließen des Paketes auf Video aufzeichnen. So etwas ist mir in 20 Jahren Onlineshopping noch nie untergekommen! Ich habe Samsoe Samsoe um ein Foto der ausgepackten Ware und dem genauen Schaden gebeten und um die genaue Beschreibung des Geruchs der Flüssigkeit. Mal schauen wie es weitergeht. Ich möchte die Ware nicht zurück, auch wenn ich sie offenbar bezahlen muss obwohl ich mich korrekt verhalten habe. Viel Lehrgeld!
I ordered an item which I paid €20 to have delivered to my address. When it hadn’t arrived 12 days later-I contacted them by eMail. They forwarded a copy of the GLS Tracking Screen showing it delivered. I reverted saying I hadn’t received it and they suggested I check with my neighbours.
I checked with all 11 fellow neighbours -no result.
Next afternoon, I found it dropped off at my neighbour’s door -lying in the rain, with an inadequate address on it.
I eMailed Samson & Samson Customer Care again, attaching a copy of the ‘wrong’ address and a copy of the Invoice inside the package with my correct address asking them who was responsible?
They responded to the effect ‘nothing to do with them’……
I am so angry, disappointed and can hardly believe how debonair and indifferent they are….
NEVER again will I support such a shoddy Operation-SHAME on their supposed ‘Customer Care Team’ who don’t care at all.

I had some issues with a delivery of my order but the customer service team was extremely helpful and sorted everything out with the carrier. They’ve always been so helpful when I’ve had questions regarding my orders. Excellent products and excellent service!

Jeg købte, på min blå mandag en Samsøe Samsøe net. Og den er allerede i stykker. Han give 300 danske kr for den men det er den slet ikke være. Det er jeg godt nok træt af. For 300kr til en Samsøe Samsøe net, så skal det også kunne holde til noget.

As per other customers' experiences below, S&S sent out a parcel to the wrong address. I am at 196 and it went to 19. They asked me to go to the "neighbour" to see if my parcel was there - but it was a mile away - hardly a neighbour! And it was a commercial office and never open. I visited no 19 twice to no avail. I called the organisation that had space there but they said they don't have the parcel. I was in touch with S & S customer care several times to update them but they said they would give me a refund after a Parcelforce investigation. They then asked me to sign a disclaimer to say I hadn't got the item - which I thought was really rude given this was not my fault. I felt that the whole customer service experience was lacking unfortunately - with the onus on me to find the parcel.
Update: I now have my refund.

Dejligt med personale der er behjælpelige. Fik i dag hjælp af en sød ung pige i jeres butik i Frederiksberg Centeret, med at finde mig nye bukser. Hun løb flere gange med et smil på læben, efter forskellige størrelse og modeller så jeg ikke selv skulle ud at prøverummet.

Sikke en god betjening og service.
Kristian var åben og imødekommende.
Han sagde hej så snart jeg kom ind og hjalp mig med at finde det rette produkt jeg fiskede efter.
Jeg var i tvivl om størrelsen til min kæreste, men han vælger så at tage tøjet på, så jeg kunne få lov til at vurdere størrelsen.
Hvis man kunne give 6 stjerner havde jeg gjort
Han skal have en klap på skuldrene for sådan en fint service.

Really positive experience where Samsoe Samsoe retroactively applied a 10% discount which I had been unable to apply to the purchase on the site...and they were super quick and nice about it!!!
I really want to love that brand. I love their design and have been buying consistently and I have been a loyal customer.
I take really good care of every item I buy from that brand (I mean they are not cheap ! So you gentle wash, and care) but every time I have been disappointed.
My majan shirts seams starts to break and cause holes
My Milly shirt seams have loosen and the fabric end looks like an old rag now :(
And my last buy, the ANOUR wool sweater has a whole between the seam of the sleeve and the arm.
Overall the seams do not hold! That’s for me a prove of bad quality clothing and should not happen for such pricey items… :(
Samsoe & Samsoe is one of our favorite brands and we love buying from the shops and also online. Kristoffer was also of great help when we needed to solve an issue with the shipping company. Thanks, Kristoffer! Looking forward to our new orders.

Samsøe samsøe har nok dk dårligste hjemmeside og kundeservice. Sikke et cirkus. De lover at man kan bytte varen i lokal butik og evt få byttet varen til en anden str. ekspedienterne i butikker beklager sig over at deres kassesystem ikke virker og de har ret. Skulle have skjorten et nr mindre og den bestilte de i butikken, undrer mig så over at den aldrig kommer og går så i butikken. De taler med kundeservice og får at vide at ordrene er slettet i systemet, men at den snart er på vej. Da jeg så kommer hjem, bliver jeg ringet op af butikken at jeg skal komme tilbage og få pengene retur. Sikke et cirkus og døje. Prisen på samsøe’s varer er ellers helt i top og det er servicen så ikke. Handler der aldrig igen.

First of all the quality of the products is excellent, so far I am delighted with every item I bought. Then their customer service is Service with a capital S!! My question on a minor price difference online and instore was settled immediately by Cecilie.
