Amauteurish and unfair website
I recieved a €50 giftcard from Salt & Pepper for my birthday. After selecting some items I wanted to check out, and the website did not accept te giftcard-code. I contacted Salt & Pepper. They answered: "You must NOT enter the giftcardcode in the Giftcard-box, but in the Discount-box (...). I did so en saw that there was still € 10 to pay for shipping. Strange, because I had items for €40 + €10 shipping. Apparently the giftcard was not valid for shipping costs. I contacted Salt & Pepper again and explained that is was strange: a friend gives me a gift and I still have to pay extra to get this gift. Their answer: I was correct and they will change this strange behaviour on their website. (...) Then I contacted Salt & Pepper again (3rd time). Okay that they will change this strange way of paying, but that it would be honest to return me the €10 shipping costs that I have paid. No reaction (...)

How sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. We have tried to help you at all times promptly. On 3/05 I emailed asking you to provide us with the order number so we can refund for you the shipping costs paid. Did you receive this email properly? If so, we can take care of the refund.
Far too big packaging, items smell terrible
Delivery was very quick, but why use a very hugh cardbord box for just 8 placemats.
The items have a terrible chemical smell. Even alter 2 days. Useless so far. Too bad, they look absolutely beautifull.

Zorgen over kleurvastheid
Makkelijk te bestellen, vlotte levering. Goed communicatie over levering. Echter zie ik na 1 beurt in de vaatwas al een zeer groot kleurverschil. Voorlopig vind ik de 'nieuwe kleur' wel mooier. Maar ik maak me toch zorgen of de kleur nu gaat blijven of nog verder gaat verbleken. Indien het verder verbleekt zal niet aarzelen om contact op te nemen. Ik geef het op dit moment het voordeel van de twijfel. Maar aan Salt & Pepper wil ik graag meedelen om de kleurvastheid te testen bij de vaatwas en daar klanten op voorhand over te informeren.

Duidelijke website! Volop keuzes in mooie, aparte artikelen. Levering snel maar iets wat slordig verpakt. Het bestelde zag er weliswaar goed uit! 10 Euro verzendkosten wel wat hoog!

Met gift card van 50,- euro bestel ik voor 39,90 maar moet toch 10,- verzendkosten zelf betalen. Wie steekt dan die 10,10 euro in zijn zak.
Zal dus nooit meer een card van S & P nemen.

2 dagen bezig geweest om mijn Giftcard te verzilveren.
Bereikbaarheid klantenservice ging zeer moeilijk.
Tot 2x toe een foutmelding gehad om mijn mail te versturen.
Zal niet meer snel een bestelling plaatsen
