Die Ware ist trotz mehrfacher Ankündigungen nicht eingetroffen. Ich wollte die Ware morgen verschenken. Der Liefertermin wurde jetzt zum 2. Mal auf Montag, den 16.6.23 verschoben.

Prachtige schaal besteld. Mooie kleuren. En een hele leuke mok. Verzending gaf wat problemen. Eerste keer niet langs geweest. Tweede keer hele andere tijd langs geweest. Maar aangekomen en zeer goed verpakt.

Met de levering ging het goed
Met de levering ging het goed, constateerde wel dat je dus extra kosten moeten betalen als je twee kortingsbonnen had. Maar de service en terugkoppeling vanuit de organisatie was uitmuntend. Alles is ook meteen recht gezet, ik zal jullie ook aanbevelen aan anderen. Ga zo door!

Envoi rapide et sécurisé
Envoi rapide et sécurisé, parfait. Cependant les produits commandés sont d'aspect assez différent des photos. Je suis également déçue de m'être aperçue qu'ils étaient fabriqués en Chine, car les produits ont un coût élevé qui laisse penser à une fabrication européenne et à plus petite échelle que dans une usine Chinoise.

Salt&Pepper (Melbourne) tea cups crack when making tea
what a disaster the current batch of S&P tea cups are, (I am referring here to the Salt&Pepper, Melbourne, Australia company). Can't make a cup of tea as the moment the hot water hits the cups, they instantly crack!! We recently bought two cups and discovered that the latest batch is no way near as sturdy as the tea cups we bought pre-Covid. S&P customer service was not helpful either. The tea cups are unfortunately not fit for purpose :-(
