All in all great experience. No problems with delivery, easy website and very helpful. I always go here for hair products, would go no where else.

Not pleased with service as I use them as a business

Sometimes I feel like it’s a burden to shop here but I need stock so I have to. Often the staff aren’t so helpful and I fume when they question my qualifications. Even though I have a trade card I still seem to get asked questions about where I’ve trained when I tell them they tell me that my qualifications aren’t recognised. The company I trained with are a reputable training company who deliver beauty guild and vtct courses that’s who I have my certificates with. Fed up of the questions and wish there was an alternative place to buy in my area but there isn’t or I wouldn’t shop here. Staff need training in up to date qualification recognitions

Simple webpage, ordering items is quick & easy delivery in 3 to 4 days. All in great experience

I have contacted the Sally’s online team a few times about changing my password as I am locked out of my account. Once they finally replied their advice was useless to which I replied again that I need my password reset. Twice I have requested a password reset and emailed them a further two times asking for it but they just won’t do it?? It’s only a password reset how hard is it to do this!

Had a good experience buying online. Free delivery, came on time, good delivery company. My favourite physical store is in Golders Green, London. All the staff are very helpful. I am not a professional, therefore I am always asking fo advice, and they promptly help me. The girls are great. I only buy my products from Sallys Golders Green.

My experience with a online shopping is very bad.. they having a special offer if you spend £125 you will receive a gift vacuum cleaner for free. I spend £133 and I text them e mail if I will receive vacuum of course they said no because is for special brands only... I ask them to cancel my order and their answer was they can’t cancel or change anything. I can send in back only when I receive my parcel.
Another thing policy saying you will receive next day delivery when you buy before 5pm
Again I emailed them they said unfortunately is not possible now because of the Corona virus.
Very very disappointed .....

You dont even investigate things properly in a disciplinary, people gave statements, what was the point. Total witch hunt against a long serving member of staff when a younger member of staff is stealing stock! I feel sorry for the poor hard working lady whos lost her job for no reason at all! Bury store and district managers, your a disgrace!

So pleased these guys now offer click and collect. Always great service if a little pricey

I have been to the store in Shrewsbury only a couple of times and have felt so unwelcomed each time. The staff are so rude and unfriendly. There have been a few times I’ve needed a few things last minute and I’ve decided to make do as I just feel too uncomfortable being there.

Visited my local store today in Loughton. The manager was the most helpful and friendly person ever, v knowledgeable on the products, will definitely revisit.

I can not believe it is possible in England somebody to be so careless when working in a Hair industry, selling chemical products!!!!
The level of arrogance - unbelievable. The customer service team seems to do everything in their power to be unhelpful and rude. You should rename to Silly Salon Services instead

You can't just have wrong product descriptions and to expect to get away with it heey!!

Disgusting customer service from Julie and Debbie in the Ashton under Lyne branch!!!! They are miserable old women should be sacked cant do thier jobs

I received a serious damaged packege this time, Foot scrubs are totally broken, and A box was ripped !
Unbelievable, they always send me one or two broken scrub and Our staff just used them, but this time I cannot handle any more,
I am very sick of your packing staffs! I had enough with this horrible wrapped! - very thin box and never use any protection for the product.
I tried to attach the photos, but there are no options, anyway they really need to investigate for the packing training!
I need all the products in few days, and they massed up!
They don't pick up the phone call, only email reply! but normally they supplied B to B I believe, no time for the business way, you are not an individual seller, you are dealing with business people! wake up!!!

Never buying from here again. First time experience buying some extensions for some added volume to my hair. When they arrived they were so thin my actual hair was thicker so they would’ve looked ridiculous. I didn’t even remove cable ties that attached them to the packaging as the colour was also completely different to the way it looked online. I went to return them to be told they don’t accept refunds. Fair enough when you look for it in the T and Cs it says that, but to be honest I wasn’t looking at their return policy when buying an item, had it been clearly written somewhere perhaps at checkout I wouldn’t have bothered buying them. What kind of company doesn’t accept returns it’s hair not underwear!! The customer service team were beyond helpful and even though as previously stated I hadn’t even removed them from the packaging they still insisted I couldn’t send them back. Do not recommend one bit. Money thieving company.

Terrible customer services. I ordered my parcel which never arrived. They said it went to an old address that I’ve not lived in for nearly six years even though I’d put in my current address, it’s been over a week figuring out they sent it to the wrong address only To be told it’s my problem and I have to take responsibility for it! No help what so ever! Please do not order from this company they are rude and do not care about small companies. I only lost £15 but it’s not the point I shouldn’t have to be the one out of pocket. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! I’ve been a customer for 20years never again will I buy from them!!!!! Stay away and use a company that cares for its customers.
