Very poor service in shop and staff has no knowledge about what they are offering or selling

Absolutely awful very unskilled shop assistants in the Belfast store who asked me to buy goods i did not want saying they had no cash. Seriously like something from the dark ages. Also their products are very poor i have bought better quality nail varnish in the pound shops and they charge around £10. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want good customer service

Awful company. I have used them for 30 years. i then took up ( i thought i did ) an offer, from one of their flyers, of buy 24 Rusk colours and get 24 free. when the order arrived i noticed that they changed to another inferior offer. When i questioned it they said by email that there was an error on their part and they had pulled the offer but didn't inform of this. So i took it up with Paypal, as i looked into my consumer rights and i had a case. They have dug their feet in, as they WILL NOT GIVE ME THE OFFER THEY PROMOTED. No matter what i said, they will not budge, all i want it the extra colours i am entitled to. I argued with them, imagine if i gave a client an exact price for a service and then put the price up, after. I can't legally do that, so why are they allowed to be Paypal. What a joke by Salon Services and Paypal.

I really can’t fault this company at all. I was a bit dubious at first but it turns out it was my fault. Once that was sorted my items arrived in no time. Would shop here again!!!

I was sent the wrong item. They refused a give a refund or exchange it for the correct item. Shocking service.

I went to salon services leeds today, the 3 girls that were working helped me so much and were extremely lovely. I have used this place for 20+ years but was a bit stressed out today with all the new lock down measures in leeds, they did everything they could to help me get what I needed. Thank u girls keep up the good work.

I thought the staff were just having a bad day the time before I was at the Church Street Inverness store. Sadly I was wrong. Visited again yesterday, the woman behind the counter had absolutely no customer service skills. So rude and clearly not interested in her job. If you want to go somewhere and leave feeling like you've been a nuisance then this is the place to go. Please don't go if you want to walk out thinking that you've had great customer service, you will only be disappointed.

Was told I couldn't enter the shop in Elgin Scotland by a rude employee. I have a disability that stops me wearing a face mask I am reporting them to the disability forum. She looked at her colleague whilst talking to me in a very rude manner I then heard them laugh as I walked away I will be getting other therapists to avoid the shop and hopefully they will close down. The two employees need to be educated. Awful service.

Wouldn’t even score 1 absolutely disgusting service from the manger at Preston shop rude! Bought clippers, returned as faulty, no refund and was told had to contact manufacturer myself??? Really????

I love this firm. They remember you regardless of how long or little time you have been their clients or which store you go. They know their stuff, product knowledge is incomparable and their friendliness and willingness to help is AAAAA+++++ and 5 stars. Delivery is always on time and they go above and beyond what is necessary to help you out of a desperate, last minute situation. UNLIKE THE ALAN HOWARD STAFF WHO ARE RUDE AND UNEDUCATED!!!

This is a review for the team in Harlow. I was passing through yesterday looking for my normal hair colour from Wella, when this poster on the window with no Ammonia drew my attention. The ladies were very attentive and we chose the colour suitable together and advised me how to use this new colour.
I have to say is fabulous, it applies really easy and it doesn’t smell at all. It covers all hair beautifully and it doesn’t stain the pillow after.

Horrible vile staff there were two women working there they were both extremely rude to my sister and I today. They made us feel uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to get us out quick enough they even made a remark “can I help you with anything After 20 minutes of being there” we were on our way to the check out with our products when the older lady said that...it was only my sister and I at the shop nobody else was there
So there was no need for them
To huff and puff and looking over at us every two minutes I didn’t see why they were rushing us out There was nobody else in there apart from
Us. They didn’t have the product I was looking for so I was looking for a different brand it also stated They couldn’t give advice or help, there are notices in the shop to say so ...When we got to the check out they said “we would need your Trade card to get the products ” luckily my sister had her card on her. they both made us feel really small disgusting and appalling customer service from the older woman and the younger one appalling!!

Helped me out with a super fast Delivery of a wash Basin after being let down by another company. I received lots of confirmation and delivery updates.

My wife called in the Llanelli branch. Very rude and unhelpfully staff. She was prepared to spend money to buy hair products. Staff made her feel Uncomfortable, as if she was interrupting their conversation. Would have thought they would have been helpful after all they have not been in work for a long period.
Or is it me just being optimistic, its not as if they have not received any wages as the government have been pay majority or their wages. .

Fraud company which uses malicious techniques to charge money for services you have not ordered. I would not recommend.

Ordered 3 gel colours, each £25. 1 is extremely poor quality so I contacted Sally’s twice for a return and refund or exchange. 2 messages sent through the online contact form and still no reply. First message was over 3 weeks ago!!!

I’ve always had amazing service..... in store and online.
My only wish is that they’d stock more brands - even if only online. REDKEN colours are my favourite and I can’t buy them here which is frustrating.
Otherwise though a great service

I purchased an ETI hairdryer, the product has an electrical fault. When I complained after getting a nasty electric shock the response was that outside of 12 months from purchase there is nothing they will do. The product has a 3 year warranty and is still within this. Customer service is severely lacking.

So so angry got confirmation then tried to track my order to be told DPD had returned it . Asked them to resend and NO was the reply ! Dont shop with them guys . No money return for 14 days pathetic !
