I only gave 4 stars as the bureau wasn't open when I arrived . I had to meander round the store for 15 minutes. Staff good 👍

The lady on the kiosk was incredible-…
The lady on the kiosk was incredible- she asked what my Euros were for and when I told her they were for my niece going to Disneyland she offered to change them into smaller notes so it was safer for her. I didn’t get her name but she was incredible

Service with a smile not
Staff seemed to be miserable and no envelope supplied unless you pay.

The 25p charge for a wallet is part of a nationwide scheme to help reduce our paper usage. The charge covers the cost of the wallet, and 40% is donated to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company (Reg. 12067406).

Collection Delay
During order process selected a collection date two days later when i would be out and about so could collect easily, however confirmation email advised to wait for an email to confirm order ready and not to visit store without receiving this, email did not arrive until day after requested date therefore requiring separate journey, as this was for Euro's which must be stocked as standard and can be bought as a walk up this delay was annoying.

Received the ordered currency in time. Picking up currency at required branch was easy. However I would have liked to have some choice of denominations as i also wanted some very smsll denominations. There is no option while ordering the currency. Couldnt understand how we could have requested it prior to placing the order online by phoning the branch. The gentleman at the counter couldnt explain it either. So was very disappointed with that.
