Too long waiting for it to reopen.
The office closed at 18:30.
I got there at 17:20 to find it closed until 17:45.
Not acceptable, too long a wait for reopening so near to closing time.

No queue
No queue, so I was seen straight away and exchanged my USD notes.
I would have preferred a bank transfer to my account instead of cash. Otherwise everything very good.

Yes ordering the currency and…
Yes ordering the currency and collecting it from the store was really good. The reason for not giving the experience a 5 star was the charge for the envelope to put the currency in. I had just bought over £500 pounds of euros and on principle would not buy the envelope. I presume this charge has recently started as I have never been charged before.

Desk closed
Attendant at travel desk said he had to leave but someone would take over in 5 minutes. Fair enough till I returned to see a sign saying would be 50 minutes before it reopened. Just not good enough. I don't live in Truro and I was then running late for the rest of the day.
