Received the ordered currency in time. Picking up currency at required branch was easy. However I would have liked to have some choice of denominations as i also wanted some very smsll denominations. There is no option while ordering the currency. Couldnt understand how we could have requested it prior to placing the order online by phoning the branch. The gentleman at the counter couldnt explain it either. So was very disappointed with that.

Euros easy to order on the Nectar…
It was so easy to order on the Nectar App so we could have it ready to collect at Sainsburys Portsmouth. A competitive rate with Nectar Card and easy to collect. Only needed picture ID and the payment card. Thanks.

Sainsburys foreign exchange
Ordering currency from sainsburys online was very easy & collecting it was straight forward. They also gave me a good mix of notes, ie not just 50 euro notes so I am delighted with that

I had arranged to sell my Euros online…
I had arranged to sell my Euros online on the Sainsbury's website. Customer service assistant was on her phone when I arrived. She appeared to be annoyed that I had disturbed her. Service was somewhat unfriendly and there were no manners at all, no please or thank you.
