Dispute not resolved
There was an issue with my host Angel Baylon, we sent the dispute up to the dispute team and there was no answer from higher up. The issue was resolved before escalation of force, but I still want a response since the host actually gave me a bad review on the platform.

First time...
This is a good option for those that do not own their own RV. Renting an RV this way though I feel is kind of different as RV use is way different then say renting a house or room. So there were parts of he experience that involved a bit of learning and maybe did not go as smoothly as we were expecting.

User experience
The booking process, communication from RVezy and owner was excellent
The cleanliness of the unit was poor at best
My Dtr had to wash down everything before we moved in, microwave, freezer, toilet, floors all not clean
Was missing mixing bowls, coffee mugs, kettle, steak knife's, we purchased same
Trailer was not level and not stable, rocked with movement
Owners very responsive when contacted, hook up and demonstration good
We left it cleaner than we got it

Drop off and pick up was easy and the trailer was very clean. Fridge was not set to the right temperature so my food went bad. Dealing with the claims department after was great but the owner made accusations that were false to the claims team. The trailer also had a mildew smell. Booking process was easy. Application on the phone was not as user friendly as the computer . We have use RVEZY in the past and it went much smoother with the owner. I think we just picked the wrong trailer. Overall I am happy with the outcome and I would book again but I will be more particular about the trailer I book.

There is a great selectionof RVs to pick from. You can get the RVs delivered right to your campsite. Booking is easy and you can contact the RV owners with your questions. This is my 3rd year booking and I have never had a problem.

I was very pleased renting the trailer…
I was very pleased renting the trailer for the weekend. Had no issues. Dropped the trailer off, set it up and explain how to use inside and then picked the trailer back up. Would rent the trailer again!!!!!

Safe for both parties
Thorough. Trustworthy. Protects both the rv owner and the renters. The search function allows many different filters. Inspections are good for everybody.

Pick up and delivery went well. The trailer was clean and in good condition. The only issue was with the surge protector that wouldn’t allow the A/C to run, even when plugged into a 30 Amp receptacle.

I rented two campers
I rented two campers , one from Quebec after our host cancelled the original one we had two weeks prior to our pick up date which left us scrambling to find a suitable camper .the one we ended up getting did not work off grid at all and the hot water heater didn’t work . The second camper we rented (The Storm Spitter) was fantastic!! They dropped it off for us and they were amazing to deal with ..I would definitely use RVezy again but would not assume every camper works off grid
