Payments
I Loved the software in/out with the renter. Did not appreciate RVEzy taking full payment almost 6 months in advance. As well, I returned the unit on July 5th, no extra cost but I am still waiting on the $1000 that was billed on my card. You making interest on my back is not ok.

Miscommunication from the owner of the trailer, they placed the trailer in different slot that I told her and never checked with me when slot changed by the resort, when I asked her to bring it to the original slot, asked me for extra charge

Family Reunion

Air B&B for trailers
Had a family reunion to go to at a campsite and I am not a person that enjoy's tenting. Was recommended to RVezy and they did the rest of the work. I arrived at the campground and the trailer was set up and ready to use which was amazing. Had beautiful weather and an air conditioned trailer to step into whenever I needed to. The same in reverse, when I was done, I made sure I left the trailer the way I found it and the trailer was picked up at a convienient time for me which I appreciated. Be prepared to pay up front before using and be prepared for a $1,000.00 hold on your credit card until the person picking it up approves that there is no damage to the trailer. At the end of the day it was an enjoyable experience.

The RV we rented was delivered on time as promised. It was in fantastic condition and Sal the owner was the best at customer service. He checked in with us multiple times before the trip and also after we arrived to make sure that everything was going well.

Had a small issue with the water upon arrival, but Tyson promptly sent a plummer to swap out the water pump for us and had it working in no time, other than that everything worked out nicely for our weekend getaway

Renting an RV
We had a good experience. Everything went as it should have and was expected. By using RVEZY although extra costs are incurred, we did not have too worry about scams, ie people advertising an RV that did not exist. Refund on Trip Cancellation
Two days ago I booked a trip for Christmas and 2 days later, I had to cancel. My refund was short $600. They say its service for me using the site and taxes. The host hadn't even been paid yet. While the policy does say I will be penalized for cancelling more than 30 days before my trip, I literally had the booking for 2 days. Ridiculous. I feel I should have received my full refund. Bad business. I will not be using again
