Amazing Experience
Brad and Dawn were amazing! Brad did a thorough overview of the van. Showed us how everything worked. The van drove like a dream and most importantly it wasn't so big that we couldn't fit in a regular parking spot. Very easy to maneuver. I highly recommend giving this a try!

The booking and everything was easy and fast. Only gave 4 stars because I feel the fees/ insurance cost are a little higher than they need to be. Renter a travel trailer for 300 and it was over double that after insurance/taxes and fees

Had great communication with provider
Had great communication with provider. Unit was clean and in great condition for our sleeping needs. Never used a Travel Camper before. In future I will consider researching the basic use and mechanics of setup and take down.

Good experience
Booking with rvezy was decent. I had trouble uploading my ID and the platform was slightly frustrating. The actual person I dealt with who’s trailer I rented was absolutely amazing and that made up for any issues with the parent company.

The cost
The cost, especially overcharging me for 1 extra day was very unfair, especially because it was available. It was only a tent trailer, the insurance was also too high. I did not tow it.

Our booking was horrid musty smelling dirty ..unsafe. Trip hazards old wood .one with nail spike turned up ...no clear path ro outhouse which host requested us to use for bowel moments . We feel your company should vet your hosts better and you were no help getting any of our money returned even though we turned around and left after we got there ...vacation ruined

Booking and renting an RV through RVesy was a great experience. While we did have some issues with the RV itself (not within RVesy’s control), the experience with the company was wonderful. It’s like AirBnB for RVs!

Disappointed in the cleanliness and host…
I was disappointed with both the cleanliness of the camper and the host’s communication.
When we arrived, the camper was not as clean as expected. There were numerous dead bugs, spiders, cobwebs, dirt, and pine needles throughout, making it feel like it hadn’t been properly prepared before our stay.
The host also forgot to provide the black water hookup. Fortunately, my father had an extra hose, so we were able to resolve the issue ourselves.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the host’s behavior. He was very pushy about wanting to stay overnight on my campsite after I left because I had reserved the site for an extra day. Instead of communicating directly with me, he repeatedly contacted the campground about my reservation. I had already explained that I was responsible for checking out with the campground and that he only needed to pick up the camper. I found the lack of direct communication and the pressure regarding my campsite to be unprofessional and frustrating.
Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

From start to finish, amazing.
From the moment I sent a message to the renter, Jay, to the moment we cleaned out the trailer, nothing but greatness. The RV was huge, and in very good shape, and very clean and well equipped. It’s our second RVezy rental and I’m sure we will rent again, if we don’t end up with our own camper, and that we will rent out in the site.
