Ensuring the correct forms or applications were completed was confusing. Whos responsibility for what? ie, inspections and submissions.
A switch in the camper was made last minute causing quick and bad decisions by us to accommodate the renter which ultimately caused loss in vacation days while dealing with issues such as battery breakdown and possible engine issues.
The initial pick up was understood to be 10min away but was actually 2 hrs away causing issues getting to pickup and of course delay in vacaton time both to start vacation and return. Then renter asked for more money to compensate him for losses. We were very unhappy as we tried to alleviate the issues for both the renter and us but still we paid dearly for our efforts.

Will definitely be booking again! Very easy to work with!

I’m not actually sure what RVezy did. They provide listings for rv’s, a messaging platform and charge outrageous fees for the priveledge. I’ll definite rent from a private party in the future.

The family who own the RV are fantastic. They showed us over the vehicle and were always available to contact with any questions. A special mention for the owners young daughter, who accepted it back as we were late returning it.

The host was great to deal with. Very responsive and collaborative.

Seamless process. First time booking here. Will be back.

Host was helpful and communicative. Everything went smoothly.

Pickup and drop off was easy.
The unit was very clean.

Booking was easy, communication with the person renting the RV was easy. Everything about the rental agreement was in one place and easy to find. The ability to chat within the app is a great feature as well.

The first unit we leased was canceled.
The second choice was very expensive and issues with the unit were:
- no pillows or blankets;
- carbon monoxide alarm going off at 4:00 AM due to a dead battery and had to be innovative with tools;
- water had a very strong sulphur smell and was not drinkable; and
- a small thing but only one coffee cup.

I found the website not totally user friendly. But, did use my quite new apple cell phone for majority of communication. Perhaps the site is more used friendly on a computer.
Also many upcoming reminders. Some of that time I was in areas away from home, where there is no service. Wifi or cell.
Not everyone is urban.
I also was unable to give a written review for our host. I did have comments for our hosts.
- The rv trailer is quite well used...which is fine, but definitely carpeted areas need a thorough shampoo.
- I would also strongly suggest the the alley (behind owners home where one picks up and returns trailer, should have house address on the back fence as well as a "park trailer here" sign.

Our camping trip was great, the website was easy to use and navigate. Our host Leo was easy to communicate with and ensured a great vacation experience.

The trailer was clean and stocked up with everything we needed and a few treats as well. It was in good working condition and delivered on time.
