Too much communication before and after the rental. I don' t want to have an app to use the service, seems like it does not work well without it...

Used RVezy twice now. Easy to use and an awesome service!

Matt delivered the trailer and set everything up for us. The bbq, fire pit, and patio items were all set up for us.
If I called with a question Matt always pick up the phone.
The trailer was very clean.

Nous avons choisit ce qui était a proximité. Peu sont disponibles tout près de notre région. Malheureusement c était vraiment trop petit . Le propriétaire a donné beaucoup d explication et a ete disponible pour un téléphone suite a la.prise de possession. Cependant il s est défendu quand nous lui avons commenté la malpropreté du poêle. Pour le reste c était bien.

I was looking for something fairly simple for camping but had some of the comforts. Rizvan, the host, was friendly, caring and very helpful. It has been nice to find RVezy and to be able to rent an RV for a more reasonable price. I would rent this one again for sure .

Easy to use app.

the RV I rented was not even close to as nice as the pictures. A lot of damage and unworking parts, rotting floor, broken parts and no instruction manual.

I really like the app and the selection and the service did have to make a service call since my profile seemed out of sync with some of the required steps that I had complete completed.

L’application ne fonctionne pas, c’est toujours en anglais il faut toujours la changer. Très difficile de communiquer avec vous. Pas une belle expérience. Très cher pour le service reçu, je pourrais recevoir un montant pour cela. Vous chargez très cher pour vos services que je n’ai pas apprécié. Bonne journée

Our experience with Lindsay and Co. (renting the Okanagan Dream) was amazing. Great communication, questions answered by our provider with clear expectations. The trailer was delivered clean as expected with additional effort made to have our hookups perfect fit. I would recommend RVezy and have no hesitation to request a trailer booking with Lindsay- the Okanagan Dream Travel trailer, and we will book again if needed. The only silly thing on the site is that we had to provide a driver and info despite the fact that it was delivered to us. That is unnecessary paperwork. In addition- there are multiple multiple emails coming through from RVezy- but i guess better to over communicate than not enough

Ensuring the correct forms or applications were completed was confusing. Whos responsibility for what? ie, inspections and submissions.
A switch in the camper was made last minute causing quick and bad decisions by us to accommodate the renter which ultimately caused loss in vacation days while dealing with issues such as battery breakdown and possible engine issues.
The initial pick up was understood to be 10min away but was actually 2 hrs away causing issues getting to pickup and of course delay in vacaton time both to start vacation and return. Then renter asked for more money to compensate him for losses. We were very unhappy as we tried to alleviate the issues for both the renter and us but still we paid dearly for our efforts.
