I bought a Jvc TV, but I within a week the remote was not working and i went back to Russells boksburg they couldn't help me, and I bought a defy washine machine within 6 months the tumble dryer was giving me problems I went back they sent someone to come fix in I spend the last 6 months of my warranty fixing the machine with Russell no like even now I m still struggling with the tumbler dryer.. Basically I bought a problem instead of a problem solver.

Rusells don’t care ,once you done purchasing and the money is in their bank whatever problems you experience after is your problem ,I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from this store .

Wow,,her name is Sara, warmth, kind nd friendly. She is person you can trust. Russell, is fast on service, fast on delivery. Honestly they never disappointed me. I even settled my account in one month, cause I need more furniture from them. I give 10/10...
