Founded in 2026 by Far, a CrossFitter and long-time fitness enthusiast, the business came out of years of experience as a customer on the other side of the counter. Trying to kit out a serious home gym in the UK, he realised how hard it was to get honest prices on genuinely well-built equipment. The idea was simple: build the company he’d have wanted to buy from. We’re a UK-registered company based in St. Helens, supplying home gyms, personal trainers, and commercial facilities across the country. More than just a retailer, we see ourselves as a solution provider. Whether you’re putting together your first setup in a spare room or planning a full commercial fit-out, we work with you to get the right kit at the right price, delivered on a timeline that works. We partner with a wide network of trusted suppliers, which means we can hand-pick products on quality and value rather than being locked into a single catalogue. Ordered on the Monday arrived Wednesday. Order was for 2x 10kg hex dumbbells - they were a good price and then further down the page they were discounted - even better :) the pair including shipping less than £27.50. They feel good to use.

awful expensive delivery
The stuff itself is great but £29.99 for express delivery only for it to come over the space of 2 weeks is wild. Especially as they told me one weight was delivered when it wasn’t so I had to chase them and then get it sent out total took over 2 weeks

Fabulous Service
Literally from placing my order, I received a notification 30 minutes later, letting me know my order had been dispatched. I received the dumbbells a mere couple days later. I am very impressed with the excellent service and I highly recommend Liftsets for your fitness criteria.

Outstanding experience with this company
Great experience from start to finish. You can tell this is a company built by someone who actually understands what customers need when setting up a home gym. The communication was clear, honest and helpful throughout, which made a big difference compared to other places I looked at.
The quality of the equipment is excellent and everything feels solid and well built. Pricing is also very fair for what you get, especially considering how difficult it can be to find reliable kit at a reasonable price in the UK. Delivery was smooth and arrived within the timeframe promised, which is always a big plus.
What stood out most was the level of care and knowledge. They are not just trying to sell products, they actually help you choose what is right for your setup. Whether you are just starting out or building something more serious, they make the whole process much easier.
Would definitely recommend and will be using them again in the future.

Great Quality and Affordable
I recently bought a set of dumbbells from this company and I’m really happy with the purchase. The quality is very good and they feel strong and well-made. The ordering process was straightforward and everything arrived as expected. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily buy gym equipment from them again. Would definitely recommend.

Great product from a lovely company!
Great company that provides high quality gym equipment. Ordered a Hex dumbbell set with rack and the quality is very high and postage all very quick. I did have an issue with my order, in that the rack was sent separately which caused some confusion but the team at Lift Sets reached out directly via WhatsApp to resolve the issue. I'll certainly use Lift Sets again - highly recommend.
