Sain tuotteeni todella nopeasti
Sain tuotteeni todella nopeasti. Lisäksi palvelu oli hyvä, hienoa että on lasku mahdollisuus sillä pelkäsin että lasituote voisi mennä rikki kuljetuksessa. Paketin saatuani kaikki oli ehjää ja tuote oli pakattu turvallisesti.

Kokemuksesta teki hyvän, että palvelu, mm. oston tekemisestä aina paketin saamiseen sujui. Yksi tähti tippui sen vuoksi, että paketti toimitettiin väärään osoitteeseen. Onneksi naapuri oli rehellinen ja ilmoitti minulle, että paketti oli tullut heidän osoitteeseensa. Eli paketti piti toimittaa Vannastie 29, mutta se oli toimitettu Vannastie 19.

Tilaus oli sujuvaa ja toimitus nopeampi kuin mitä annettiin arvioksi.

Paketti toimitettiin 20 km päähän…
Paketti toimitettiin 20 km päähän kodistani. Soitin asiakaspalveluun ( sain palvelua englanniksi ja kysyin onko mahdollista saada palvelua suomen kielellä, ei ollut ) sain asiani hoidettua vieraalla kielellä ja asia piti korjata, mutta mitään ei tapahtunut. Toki ymmärrän, että Rum21 ei ollut enää toimija vaan PostNord, joka toimitti paketin väärään paikkaan. Loppujen lopuksi sain paketin haettua toiselta paikkakunnalta. Tarjous oli hyvä ja tuote juuri se mikä pitikin, toimitusongelma kuitenkin saa miettimään etten ehkä tilaa enää tästä nettikaupasta.

The shipping company would normally aim to delivery to the closest service point, however sometimes it may go to a different spot if for example the first service point is full. We are sorry this has caused an inconvenience.
