RUKO great customer service!
RUKO customer service was really helpful and worked with me to get the right drone. The first one that I ordered arrived and it wasn’t the one that I thought I was getting and I didn’t get the discount on the price that I thought I would be getting. Ruko customer service helped me with everything I needed to get a full credit for the drone that I returned and helped me get the drone that I really wanted with the discounted price!

Ruko Drone controller problem
Had a problem with a new controller I purchased from Ruko, could not get it to Pair, next day they sent we instructions on how to pair and trouble shoot. This did not solve my problem, Ruko asked for me to take a video as the drone and controller as they were.
Not sure what the problem was, but a brand new drone appeared on my door step today. You can't beat that for customer service! Already made some flight flies great. Im still amazed at the 4K video quality, how stable the video is when the drone is bouncing around in the wind. You would think it was mounted on a tripod. BTW, the model of my drone is F11GIM2 . Katherine was a big help knowledgeable and very helpful!

5 star recommendation, great for beginners, novice and experienced.
I Would highly recommend - excellent optics and super easy with lots of options.
I purchased this Ruko F11PRO 2 Plus to go along with my Ruko F11GIM2 and my U11MINI. The U11 is my go to small travel drone, it is smaller easier to pack and super simple however, the picture quality is lesser than the larger ones.
My new F11PRO 2 Plus has excellent video quality, much easier to connect to GPS and synchronize the compass and the controls are much smoother than the F11GIM2.
pros - Excellent photo and video quality, very smooth controls, quicker and easier to synchronize and connect to GPS, lighter than the GIM2 and appears to have longer flight time than GIM2, easy to toggle from photo/video
cons - when using SD card it does not save video/photo to phone, no zoom/pan on controller (can zoom 5x through the APP but that is an extra step I have not mastered)
One other plus: Ruko has excellent customer service. I needed help with an issue on my F11GIM and customer service was very responsive, helpful and went above and beyond what I ever expected

Great First Time Experience with Ruko!
Received a great product at a great price. Item shipped pretty fast, and I was promptly notified when it shipped, and also provided the corresponding tracking information.
