Had a flyaway situation in a marshland area and the awesome support services person, Katherine worked hard to help secure a replacement! Turnaround time was a about a week for resolution and another few days shipping but we are back in business!

Great customer service
Ordered 2 replacement batteries for my Ruko drone. The batteries were bad. One would not charge, the other has a very short fly time.
Contacted custome service. They sent new batteries. Shipping was a bit slow but the new batteries are good so far. A little disappointed that the Ah rating is a little lower than the original batteries, so a bit shorter fly time, but still adequate for most of my use.
Overall I am happy with my drone and replacement batteries.
Customer service was very good. Very pleasant to deal with, very friendly.

Not only an excellent drone for the money, esp for beginners, the customer service is fantastic.
Crashed mine, snapped an arm off, replaced within 2 wks with the insurance coverage

Great customer service.
We had a technical issue with our drone (our own mistake) and contacted customer service, they resolved the issue graciously and sent us a replacement. We are loving flying our Ruko drone, it’s very stable and easy to learn to fly, the camera quality and video are absolute fantastic. The Ruko drone has been a great addition to our adventures as a family and we are more than happy with the product.

Best Drone Ever!
I purchased this drone for a present to a teenage boy. He loved it and uses it all the time. It runs very smooth, and has a very good camera. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves drones!
