I had an issue with my drone that I genuinely thought was going to end in a costly repair or possibly replacing the entire unit. I reached out to customer support expecting a long, frustrating process, but my experience completely changed thanks to one amazing representative—Joyce.
Joyce was absolutely outstanding. From the very first message, she was patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand exactly what was going wrong with my drone, asked thoughtful questions, and walked me through each step of the troubleshooting process in a way that was easy to follow. I never felt rushed or brushed off, even though I had quite a few questions.
What really impressed me was how thorough and attentive she was. Joyce didn’t just aim to “close the ticket”—she genuinely cared about making sure my issue was fully resolved. She explained what was happening, why certain steps mattered, and even gave me extra tips to prevent the same problem from happening again in the future. That extra level of care made a huge difference.
Thanks to Joyce’s help, my drone is now working perfectly again. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had on Amazon. If every company had a Joyce on their support team, customer service would be on a whole different level. Huge thank you to her for turning a stressful situation into a genuinely great experience.

Great customer service

I initially had some confusion about the warranty and felt frustrated at first. However, the Ruko support team reached out and handled everything with great care and professionalism.

Hailey from the Ruko team was especially kind, patient, and responsive. She clearly explained the policy and even offered a full refund to make things right. I truly appreciate their willingness to take responsibility and ensure a positive customer experience.

Top notch customer support

I bought my first drone from Ruko and unfortunately the battery that shipped with the drone was defective. The help I received from Ruko's customer support team was very fast and they were understanding of my issue and helpful in pinpointing the problem. They offered a free replacement and I'm hoping I'll be flying soon! I would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future.

Ruko F11 GIM2 drone…

I purchased the Ruko F11 GIM2 drone last year, and it has become my favorite and most dependable drone I own. It has never given me any problems and it flies like a dream. Whenever I have a question or concern, I reach out to Ruko's customer service, and I usually have an answer or solution within 24 hours (usually much less than 24). I would most definitely recommend the Ruko F11 GIM2 to a beginner or experienced drone pilot every time!

A Fantastic Company!

My F11GIM2 is performing wonderfully! Furthermore, the company is fantastic with its customer service and technical support. After upgrading to the iPhone 17 I noticed that the front-facing camera occluded a couple of the navigation buttons on the App. I asked about this, and Technical Support came to the rescue with a new version of the App in ONE DAY!

From product quality to technical support, RUKO is fantastic!

Amazing drone

Amazing drone. Super easy to use. Very responsive. Excellent video quality. I've owned many drones, and this is by far the best. Nice carying case too. I had a minor issue and the customer service people helped me out right away. Would 110% buy this again, and

It's well worth the price

I love the way the packaging was done, bubble wrap nice and tight everything neat. The drone itself is in a nice little case that you can carry around very good quality and I look forward to enjoying this drone.p

order (#9349 )…

On 1/20/2026 I placed an order (#9349 ) for a Ruko U11MINI 4K. USPS delivered to wrong address. I contacted Ruko and was told they filed for reimbursement from USPS and that i would receive the drone. That was on 1/30/2026. I have not heard or received anything since.
