Ruko F11PRO2 customer service experience
Purchased their Ruko F11PRO2. I was having problems with video feed to my phone. Ruko customer service was really helpful in trying to resolve the issue. In the end, they decided it was probably a bad controller or bad data cable but it could be the drone also. And they sent out a replacement drone and controller and cables. So basically they sent out a new drone package. Ruko customer service is top notch. Shows they care about their customers, and stand behind their products. Definitely will recommend Ruko. Looking at the U11 mini next.

Great support team and very responsive
After enrolling in the refresh warranty program and submitting a claim, I was very appreciative that there were no hassles or red tape I had to fight through in order to get a replacement drone. Although there was technical issues with the replacement drone that I received, Ruko stood up to their agreements and immediately sent yet another replacement. We did spend a little time troubleshooting and verifying the problems but they were always quick to respond and provide the support needed.

This Ruko robot was my son’s #1 Christmas wish, and it absolutely delivered! It’s a very cool, fun, and engaging toy that provides endless hours of entertainment. My 5-year-old is obsessed — and honestly, I enjoy watching him play with it just as much.
We did have a small issue where the robot wasn’t walking properly, so I contacted customer service. They were quick, responsive, and incredibly helpful, resolving the problem immediately and sending us a replacement with zero hassle. Truly above-and-beyond customer service.
Now everything works perfectly, and my son couldn’t be happier — and neither could I. Highly recommend both the product and the company. A very happy 5-year-old (and mom)! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The drone i have is great. I bought some replacement batteries and there was a issue with 1 of them. Things happen so no big deal. The toy was so fun and great but we did encounter a minor problem with the wheels so I contacted the service team who was very easy to speak with and responsive and they resolved the problem quickly.

Excellent Customer Service
I have 2 drones from Ruko now, the Pro and the gim2. Both are easy to fly and excellent for beginners like me to learn on. I had a few issues, mainly with the battery in the controller. They sent me a new one which corrected the issue. Customer service is prompt and polite. To me that is everything!
