Next level customer service and hardware experiance!
To start, the drone is incredibly well built, intuitive and simple to setup and pilot. I'm pleasantly surprised and happy with the video quality coming from this drone. Clear instructions from Ruko made the process seamless to set up and operate. Additionally, my customer service experience with the company was phenomenal. I reached out to them a week ago, regarding replacement parts for the drone and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. They were also easy to get a hold of and communication with them was consistent and fast. I love how quickly their customer service rep. Kim handled all my inquires and immediately made suggestion and solved my issues.

The controller on my new drone goes…
The controller on my new drone goes blank after you turn it on therefore, you cannot see what needs to happen next. I've put a work order in and have yet to hear back other than they want me to make a video which I did and send to them. I feel I'm wasting my time and money purchasing from your company.

Im not one to leave a review. This experience with Joyce, Ruko Support Team was top notch with my issue.
After troubling shooting with me personally, with no luck. Joyce, appled a free replacement bare drone (drone itself). The mini has been by far one of our favorites, even after owning 2 DJI's. Ruko has me spoiled to the touch screen!!

Ruko has already paid off
The ruko device has already saved me once when a faulty battery in the drone died 10 minutes into a flight but the ruko helped me track it to the foot in a tall grass feild of grass that i would have never found without it. Device and app work fine but buzzer could be way louder. Maybe its just me but both my devices ONLY charge with supplied cable and no other and not sure why, sure hope I never loose its supplied cable. Overall very good option
