As per our standard procedure, you should have received an email notification containing the tracking details once your order was packed and ready to ship. Upon checking your order, I can confirm that the tracking information was indeed sent to you.
However, it appears that there might be a delay with this particular shipment. While international shipments typically take up to two weeks to arrive, your package en route to Dubai seems to be experiencing a longer transit time than usual.

Hi David, I can only apologise for this. We did apologise at the time and quickly rectified the error. I think the fault was down to me reading the tooth count incorrectly. I picked a 38T chainring instead of a 36T. I think I read it wrong on the label, I plan to get some reading glasses but have been putting off for a while now. It won't happen again!

Received excellent customer service. I discovered the sprocket I had ordered was incorrect due to me ordering the wrong size. I was very pleased that a return could be made and that the correct size was sent out immediately. No bother.
