If I could give a zero rating I would !!!! Extremely cheap and nasty product which cost me over £200. Web site is advertised as in UK but company is actually in China. Product description bears no resemblance to the product. 10x8 foot rug arrived folded into a bag less than 2 feet wide. Creased, crumpled, will not lie flat. Extremely thin and dreadful quality. Emailed company immediately for return - that's where battle began. Constant denial, negotiation, and refusal to accept product is poor quality. Now telling me my only option is to ship to China - even though site says warehouse in the UK. This is a SCAM. Avoid dealing with company at all costs. You will regret using this company. They are dishonourable and refuse to comply with UK law. They should not be permitted to trade in the UK. AVOID AT ALL COST.

First of all the rug arrived folded up, not rolled as you would expect a rug to be packaged and delivered. So consequently it is all bent up and has fold marks set in it, it will not lie flat to the ground. The quality is awful, it looks thin and cheap. I have had several emails back and forth and they still will not provide me with a returns address. They have advised the rug was supplied from China so that is where I need to return to. They told me “rug suppliers are distributed all over the world, including China, Turkey, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom. When you place an order, the system will automatically assign your product to the corresponding supplier. If you choose to return, you must return the carpet to the factory where it was sent”. None of this is explained on their website. I would not of purchased the rug if I knew I potentially had to pay return fees to China, as I’m sure many others wouldn’t. They purposely do not provide this information to customers. DO NOT buy from this company, don’t even deserve the 1 star.

Avoid!!! Definitely don’t even deserve the 1 star, everyone beware of this company. Mine arrived today and looks nothing like what I ordered. £123 down and the rug isn’t fit for purpose.
I tried to cancel my order 20 minutes after placing the order (after reading these reviews) but they refused.
PayPal has been contacted and I’m in the process of trying to get my money back, fingers crossed.
So wish I could add a picture of the disgrace they call a rug, I wouldn’t even let my cat sleep on it!!!!
Update.... I won my case against this company, PayPal issued me a full refund without sending the piece of crap back to China.
Keep fighting everyone and eventually this company will have to close if they’re issuing full refunds 🤞😊

This company is an absolute disgrace. I sent my so called rug back to them (all the way to China) only for it to be returned because the address they gave was fake , so I was yet another £60 out of pocket as well as the price of the rugs!!!
I have sent over 30 emails and they have stopped replying to them. This company should be avoided at all costs, I am trying to get my money back via my card provider.
Do not use !!!!!

I made the mistake of ordering 2 rugs from this company before reading the terrible reviews.I thought to myself surely they can’t be that bad .Well they are . Believe it or not they delivered two 6 x 8 foot rugs in a package less than 2 foot square.Unbelievable . We actually had to iron the rugs on the floor to get the creases out .We paid £247 for the rugs and the quality is an absolute disgrace .Both made of nylon or similar.Please do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything for this company.

I bought a rug from them recently and got a badly printed bath mat kind of replica in a small package. When I tried to arrange the return, they were dismissive, took the rug off their website and blocked my account.
THE REVIEWS SEEM TO BE FAKE ON THE WEBSITE because I definitely didn’t get what was advertised, it was a fake, extremely poor quality replica of the item advertised.
The Worst experience of my life with online shopping.

I purchased a lambs wool 140 x 200 rug from The Rug Show on 24th February arrived on 13th March folded into the smallest package I have ever seen. It was not lambs wool, it had fold marks from where it was packaged. Held up to the light you could see through it; it wasn’t worth £10 let alone £90; lucky for me I paid via PayPal. They have informed me today I have won my dispute and they have refunded in my favour.

If It would be possible to give a -1 or 0 star, I'd give that.
1., The 'rug' has arrived in almost 2 weeks.
2., The so-called 'rug' (140cm x 200cm) has been folded into a cca. 30cm x 20cm x 10cm cube.
3., The quality of the 'anti-slip rug' is horrendous: It looks like if a piece of rubber mat and a piece of carpet would have been glued and stitched together.
4., The 'rug' is really thin (even with the 'anti slip' bottom part)
5., The stitching on the side probably will come off soon, as the whole stitching looks like, if the sewing machine has been controlled by a drunk machinery operator, who wouldn't even have given a damn about what he/she is doing.

Conclusion: Do NOT buy anything from them! Let this be a lesson for me and everyone else..It was a £68 lesson for me..

I wouldn't even give this 1 star. Avoid this company. They are not UK based they are from China. My so called rug took 3 weeks to come. Its so thin and cheap looking. I've asked to return it and for a full refund. So far I've been offered £5 then £10 or to return it to China! This is now in the hands of paypal

Our order for a 2 metre circular rug arrived within the timescale offered.
However the quality was far from what we expected. The rug is very thin, and is no way worth the £136 paid for it. It may well have been able to be purchased on Amazon for £25!
So our opinion would be to avoid this website.

Total scam paid £126 for a ‘Plush’ rug, it came today it’s cheep looking and thin certainly not 3cm thick as advertised. Don’t buy anything from this site as you don’t get what you pay for. Wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering😢

FAKE COMPANY- AVOID
Have waited 6 weeks for the rug to be delivered. When I email their customer service address, I'm told product is in transit. When I ask for a confirmed delivery date, they have no answer and when I asked for a tracking number, they didn't bother responding. Seems like a dodgy seller and is running a scam.

Scam company. Ordered a rug, advertised at 12mm thick. Eventually, a crumpled thin rug arrived, packed in a tiny polythene bag, from an address in England. It was 5.6 mm thick. And it cost £49.95 including postage. I said it was not as described and I intended to return it. They offered £5 off - I refused; They offered £15 - I refused. Then the offered a full refund, but only if it was sent back to China. I refused to do this, and approached PayPal, who took it seriously and are working to get me a full refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

As soon as you receive a notification from the delivery company that your item is out for delivery call them up and refuse it, they will send it back to china and you’ll get your refund

Oh how I wished I had read Trust Pilot reviews instead the ones on the web site. I too have received a rubbish rug all squashed up and damaged. After emails and photos they have offered me £10!! refund on my payment of £126. I am going to push for a full refund but not holding my breath. Please do not order from this very dodgy company.

I paid £136. The rug was thin and crumpled.😡 The customer service is not good. No contact number to call. I will not recommend. Its my fault for not checking the review. I want a refund. Your item is absolutely rubbish

I made an order and then read online that the company are just scammers and so 20 minutes after making the order I emailed and told them to cancel it and refund me. They are refusing to cancel the order saying their carpets are custom made and the manufacturing process has started despite nothing on their website saying that these are custom items and despite me cancelling 20 minutes after submitting the order. I very much doubt they started manufacturing within 20 minutes even if it was a custom order! I'm now waiting for a call back from my credit card company to dispute the payment and have told rugshow I will decline to accept any delivery at the door because it appears their returns policy involves me somehow transporting a huge rug to a drop off point.

As with all these reviews rug arrived squashed into small parcel in filthy dirty plastic covering. Apart from being totally substandard it has faded at one end so is faulty too. Still in dispute with them and have sent photo as they requested. No UK depot although they use uk.com so would have to return to China. PayPal and Google need to look into this company. All the reviews on their website are 5* none of these here have been posted. It appears that I have lost £185 on a rug. I am a pensioner. I was advised by Rugshow to keep it or sell it. I wouldn't even give it away. Please avoid this company.

what a total rip off. disgusted with the rug i purchased. at a cost of £94.59 it was an absolute joke. the rug was supposed to be black but was more of a blue grey. the rug was so thin, no pile on it just a flat printed flimsy piece of rubbish. the rug was 160cm x 230cm, arrived folded in a package about 14 x 14 inches and around 4 inches deep.my toilet paper is thicker than this rug. in my opinion this company are posting their own "good" reviews, i left a bad review and it wasn't posted. will never ever buy from them again or recommend this company. cheap and nasty at a more expensive price.
