Convenient to collect at local Tesco branch. Machine was not in a clean state when collected, had to clean it myself before use. Machine easy to use. Might be a bit heavy for older people to use, especially taking upstairs, but I had no issues. Goes through water quickly, had to refill very often. No issues returning.

Easy to collect, use and return. Equipment in clean good working order.

The machine cleans the carpets nicely. Unfortunately we couldn't use the hand tool as its feeder pipe was leaking but the company offered a free re-hire within six months or a refund of the hand tool hire cost.

All very straight forward pick up and using the machine!

Booking was easy (all online), retrieving the carpet cleaner was also easy as was returning it.
BUT!
It was very tricky to use as the connection for the water/shampoo spray was incredibly hard to click together. As in, it took two people and only worked 1 in 5 times. My fingers are now raw.

In terms of actual cleaning, it's impossible to get right up to the skirting board (even using the hand tool) and it leaves the carpet far wetter than other carpet cleaners I have used. It's going to take 48 hours for the room to be usuable, it's that damp. Thank God it's still hot outside!

It's hard to empty the machine of water, if there is cleaning mixture in the bottom tank - again it took two of us to lift it up and turn it upside down.

And it was returned FAR cleaner than I got it. This is what happens in an automated system.

Spend a bit more money and hire a different type from a proper hire shop. Which I regret not doing!

Won't use them again.

Machine stopped spraying water, I have rang customer service, they have arranged a replacement. I went to pick but the locker was empty. Rang again got another replacement in different shop. Frustration that I had just about 30 min job left to do, but with all exchanges took me another 2 hours.
Other then that satisfied as being using this company for while

The machines are fantastic!! Can’t fault them best around! Hired one recently and it was filthy and they extended our hire time but only £8 refund which I think is unacceptable seeing as we had to give it a proper thorough deep clean before we even used it!!

Easy to use once you get the hang of it and did a great job of cleaning the carpets. Was unable to use the tool though as no instructions and hard to fit (may just be mr though). All in all very pleased with the booking process and the use.

Very disappointing, the instructions were easy to follow, but all it did was deliver water to the carpet. It did not pick up
My carpet, the small patch I did , 24hours later is soaking. I imagine the underlay is rotten . The noise when spraying was extremely loud. I have neighbours so another reason I had ro stop.
The prive was only £28 which I thought was fair, but totally ripped of by the cost of cleaning fluid
Had to buy it because Tesco where I collected the cleamer does not offer a cheaper alternative.
Overall don't bother, its more hassle than it's worth

You have to buy solution separate quite expensive think you should make it one set price so people know before they collect item. The filter in our machine was filthy had to wash everything before we started feel like that should be checked before

Extremely easy to use and being so close to the collection point made it very handy. The only downside was that our machine leaked a little when using the hand tool but nothing major.

The rug doctor done an amazing job

The first one didnt work so was inconvenient to have to take back and swop but customer service were wonderful. Gave me 48 hours hiring and give me a hire reduction. The rugdoctor was a great cleaner as well. Will definitely use it again. Its very heavy though.

The machine did the job , but leaked .

Made a mistake booking - Thought I was booking for Stamford Lincolnshire, but actually booked for Stamford Hill, London. Operator (Reggie) extremely patient and helpful sorting it out for me. Very grateful for his time and patience. 5* all round.

Easy to pick up from locker but unfortunately machine was extremely dirty. Hair, dirt stuck to machine, water left in container.
Had to scrub machine before using it.
Very happy with machine carpets come up like new.
