Great service
Great service, I was called within a couple of minutes and decided to have a further look around for quotes. I then chose to go with this company and paid, the delivery team were then here within 15 minutes and it was a quick job, even on a very hot day and collecting the waste in multiple trips up to a 2nd floor flat.

I needed a very heavy piece of furniture to be moved quickly and filled in the online enquiry form for Rubbish Collectors. I received a response within moments and a call explaining the process. Very impressed that they were able to collect the same day and in fact picked up my item early afternoon, which was great. The price was competitive and the men who attended to remove my item were quick, efficient, very pleasant and polite. I would definitely use this company again.

I had two items of old furniture to be removed. I tried the Council but their response was laughable. I contacted Rubbish Collectors and was impressed by their response and felt I could trust them to do a good job. They arrived at the agreed time, and took the items away quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly too. I’ll definitely use them again if I have anything else to dispose of.

I was really pleased with the service from Rubbish Collectors. They were very helpful when I phoned to enquire and the booking was easy online. My rubbish was collected quickly and I was kept informed about the collection by email. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful and I would certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

Disconnected Sales and aftersales Team
As a property manager handling lettings, I found this company through Google. They appeared registered and legitimate, and Carl from the sales team offered a discount after reviewing the rubbish via photos. Payment was made promptly, but there was no communication after that point regarding collection.
After posting my initial review, the company did reach out to arrange collection for the next day. Unfortunately, they missed that window due to being overwhelmed with other jobs. They were honest about this and offered to reschedule, which I appreciated.
On the rearranged day, they arrived within the agreed time window and removed the rubbish and garden waste. However, they did not have a brush or pan to fully clean the area afterward. I provided a brush, and while they swept up the larger debris and took it away, I still had to clean the area more thoroughly myself.
Overall, they eventually completed the job and were polite, but communication and preparation (like basic cleanup tools) could definitely be improved.
