Issues, no verification checks etc for them, all good, deposits went through fine off my daughters card, won 50k on a feature on max bet of $25. With drew 14k fine no issues on my 3rd $9,000 withdrawal they requested KYC documents, fair enough, understandable. All was sent through, including my daughter card as they requested, then it was being reviewed, it’s now been 10days, two days ago they requested a authority letter from my daughter stating she was aware of my deposits and she allowed it to happen etc, no problems, again, understandable, we sent that through, but now they are doing a “winning verification process by game providers to see if my winnings are legitimate” like come on now, it’s becoming a joke now, what do they think I rigged their games? Or somehow magically snapped my fingers after 20 years of gambling with plenty off losses to get lucky.. they are making me jump through hoops just to withdraw my winnings I won fair and square. Trying to find any thing they can it seems to make sure I don’t receive my other 29k, never ever had this problem before with any other casinos, been trying to withdraw since the 4th of January today is now the 15th, their chat representatives love and copy and paste the same messages, wait for an email etc, but yet I didn’t receive any emails regarding the 3rd withdrawal and multiple issues they have come up with in regards to withdrawing and KYC I had to go back on chat and speak to someone to get an update on the situation to be told, the payment team needs this and that. You guessed it no email regarding or requesting anything, making me chase my money. No response to emails, and no updates apart from they now need a winning verification, which I don’t mind because, it’s a legit win, but the communication with this casino and their players so far is SHOCKING, if I don’t receive my 29k after all this I will be taking it higher up, weather it be court or the Australian government ACMA and they will lose a valued player. Will update this review on the outcome. And change my opinion on the casino promptly.

Royal reels don't deserve any stars, my son and myself have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and all was going well until yesterday when they decided to ban his account after he had requested a 2k withdrawal, it might not be much to some but he needed it. They accused him of using multiple accounts which seems to be something they do regularly to people, there was one account being used by my son and one account by myself both accounts in our correct names. Royal Reels this is theft as if you don't have a problem taking 600 in deposits on said day from said account why can't you pay the 2k that was won fair and square. Feel totally SCAMMED by these parasites. Australia WAKE UP. I'm reporting this to anybody that will listen as have e mailed, msged, all to no avail they just stone wall you,. This is not how a reputable site operates.

By far one of the biggest scam sites I’ve ever seen. They’ll let you win a bit to get you in and then they’ll shadow ban your account so you win nothing. They say it’s random number generated which is complete bullshit. The site needs to be shut down I don’t know how the Australian government hasn’t gotten rid of these parasites yet. I deposited 400$ played for a while ended up wining 1650$ wend to withdraw, it was pending for over a week, they asked me for all forms of ID and I gave it to them but then they wanted a crypto bank statement with my name, address & a crypto address on it and my crypto bank doesn’t do that so they have refused to give me my money they have been no help at all there happy to take my money and let me lose it and not ask for id but as soon as I win they want and absurd amount of verification

So myself and my partner both have an account on royal reels, we don't actually live together yet so they can see me playing on my home IP address sometimes and then when we stay together we obviously both play on the same IP address. when we ask for our cashback, back, they usually only give it to one of us and give the other person some story and only one of us gets out cashback, some weeks we have both not received it. Very inconsistent and we both deposit and lose pleanty of our own money to be eligible every time we ask. If we haven't deposited enough then we won't even ask... If the issue is fixed then I'll gladly give a 5 star review as everything else has been perfect 👌

Edit, got the cashback, can't fault them now, don't wis as easy or as much as other sites but they are the most reliable out of all.
