Don’t ever play this casino, while I was betting the bet delay I thought I haven’t bet so I click on it 1-2 more times but then all my money was in it, after I saw that I was trying to take back my bet but the website was laggy and it was too late for me to take it back and lost all my money (3k).
Now I can’t even get it back and they wouldn’t do anything about it to fix it, so I lost all of my money. I recommend for whoever reading this, don’t ever play on this casino. Seem like a lot of people who play on this casino been facing the same problem and not getting anything in return for them to fix this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS!!

Unfortunately I've had to resort to taking the next steps and a review is one of them. I used this site, to support another streamer who is affiliated with them and all was well, until I won and wanted to withdraw my winnings. My withdrawal was completed, but it still wasn't sent to my crypto, so I reached out to them and was asked to send screenshots of my transactions which I provided. Well it's been 5 days now and they are still claiming, that they are investigating. I'm sorry but it doesn't take that long to investigate a crypto discrepancy. You look at the address, see that someone on your end has made a mistake and resolve the issue promptly. I'm now having to go through the next steps of reporting the casino to the gambling commission, which is a pain and time consuming, but I will do whatever needs to be done to get my money that is rightfully owed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS. Royal Reels you will be held accountable for your actions and holding money that is no longer yours under the gambling act 2005 is against the law.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
Support is God damn useless and love to really push people's buttons.

2nd time it's happened where I deposited, funds taken from my bank and days later it shows on royal reels. All I wanted was confirmation that if the funds clear in (Days) time then they would refund me that $40 as I selected a bonus.

No way in hell will they agree to this.
They want me to deposite again, spend that then wait a few days to have another go.
Lmfao if I wanted to double up I would have chosen so myself. At first support even said they could clearly see the funds had been taken from me then awhile later change it to, No it got rejected you have to wait.

I dont mind waiting bur now I've got to go through this all again once it CLEARS on royal reels just to get my $40 back. I also bet because I selected the bonus once it goes on the site they will try say- you have to wager 30x before withdrawing.

As this is royal reels fault I don't see why I can't get a simple answer saying. YES IF IT CLEARS WE WILL REDUND.

can't even get a manager to contact me as support is refusing.

Steer clear to avoid theft

Played this site for 2 years. First year was fine, no complaints. Was ahead in the rolling 12mth total by a reasonable margin heading in to the second year. And it all started to go pear shaped. First had an account, that had decent level 4 vip progress, deleted. The process to do so was a simple as "someone"(not me) apparently requested the deletion. There was no secondary confirmation email and all my protests and requests were to no avail. Not before being given multiple pieces of contradicting and conflicting assurances that it could be recovered. Was forced to setup a new account. From there things have gone form bad to worse. 3rd party deposit providers routinely attempt fraudulent withdrawals, all too often successfully. The "helpdesk" on the site is absolutely useless. Email exchanges are slow and tedious. Of approximately 10-12 fraudulent transactions was able to have approximately 4 refunded. This despite Royal Reels agreeing that the number of transactions was higher and that the onus for security is on them. As the mirror extension began to increase (royalreels2 - royalreels6) withdrawal timeframes and deposit methods changed without notice. What was once a few hours became days. One or two just didn't process. When I looked at the account history, including gameplay, the entire day simply didn't exist in the records. Helpdesk and the team at RR were no help at all, more money stolen.
After being able to maintain a profitable position for well over a year at this point suddenly my "luck" changed. Games suddenly started operating noticeably differently. RTP% and volatility rates for games that had behaved the same for the better part of 18 months seemed to no longer apply. A few friends that I had put on to RR complained about the same thing and closed their accounts. Looking on the reviews here it would appear that this is a well known and regularly observed issue.
I don't care about the money, I never gamble with money I couldn't afford to lose in the first place and I'm realistic enough to know that it all goes eventually. But the process itslef should have some sort of rollercoaster ride type enjoyment to it. There's absolutely no enjoyment whatsoever in being so blatantly and obviously ripped off, lied to and ignored.

tl;dr used to be good, now it's dodgy as the rest of these reviews say it is, avoid.

Financial security is non existent

I was scammed over $1100 AUD when making transactions on this site. Steer clear. I was charged 4 amounts of $256 to random websites, one called athleteaisle and another called bongeso based out of Nigeria. This was all in addition to the legitimate deposits made on the site.

I asked support after 12 hours when it will be processed and they told me it should be within that day. Second day i asked them again and they told me that is in queue that i should wait. I was asking them every 12 hours and they keep telling me different things something like they know that is frustrating but i should wait and that theres nothing wrong with my withdrawal other than that and they said on 3rd day they even said congratulations and that winnings are surely on my way and i will eventually receive them in few days. On 4th day they rejected my withdrawal and blocked ny account and when i asked they said i break rules About bonus somehow and they didnt tell ne what i did. I know that i didnt do nothing wrong i checked rules and played by them i did everything correct this casino is just a scam do not play here and legal actions should be done immediately because doesnt matteo if you win and how you win you will never see your payout. Ive played royal reels a little over 1 year and won a fair bit and never had a problem withdrawing until I found out that a withdraw I made was cancelled on two occasions and then processed to a account number and bsb in a space of 30mins which I’ve never seen or used before, contacted the support team on live chat aswell as email and the best solution that they could come up with is change your password as it would’ve been compromised during the time of withdraw.

Would not recommend and never play with Royal reels again.

First 5 minutes I won the grand which was 14k. I couldn't believe it was real money because of all the terrible reviews I read on here. I lost half of it and cashed out half. Money was in my bank account 3 days later. I only started with $300. I am so shocked at how much I won instantly.
