This site has taken over 500 from me no small wins no big wins nothing. I've leveled up with there system and nothing. I can't even use the bonuses sent to my email address when I try to and when I contact support they claim its my fault and refuse to help. Do not trust this site do not spend your money here.

I was playing treats of terror on royal reels. I was in the middle of a bonus feature (which was doing very well) the game froze and crashed. I've been punting thru this site for over a year. I would have to say normally it's a pretty good experience, pay your money play the games take your winnings within 4 hours what more can you want? Xmas time last year i won 18k got my money out ok. But had my account indefinitely shut down. Ten mins after I deposited 600 dollars. Emails back n forth documents sent documents approved and it's all golden. Well that was till Saturday when I tried to withdraw my second $9000 daily allowance my account wasn't frozen but my withdrawal just stopped mid request. This was Saturday nothing heard from the company by Monday so I hit the chat and asked what was the hold up. That's when I was informed that my account was under review for KYC. But my account was fully functioning except the withdrawal because I still had fifty thousand in my account that I was going to withdraw. After 5 days of the money being there and not getting any fresh answers why I proceeded to gamble what I won. That is my fault I accept that. Im still waiting for a response to all my documentation to be.approved. and not once have they given me a time frame.

Wrote a review here two and a half months ago, about royal scamming me out of my $28k win. They replied asking for more information, which i provided, and still have not heard a damn thing from them. Beware of these guys. They don’t even bother helping out loyal customers.

I requested a withdrawal of $3000 on the 4th of April 2025, they advised me through their live chat that my withdrawal was approved the same day.

The next days they requested my documents for KYC verification, I emailed back what was required and now they keep delaying it saying they need more time to verify my documents, even though it states in their terms and conditions it takes 1-2 business days to approve it.

when you win and they make you wait for so long to process your withdrawal. almost 1 month already and still says in processing. Normally if it real and not scam should take 1-2 business days. They keep asking for verification and documents then tell you there is a que before you and have to wait. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years now.
After winning $500. They have asked me to verify my identity (which I currently did on the 24th March) and have been in contact with them daily in regards to my withdrawal and can still not provide valid responses or justification to the delay in verifying my identity let alone paying my win out!

Hi Everyone . On royal reels 9 I deposited up to about 4K over a 2 week period and ran it up to $60k USD on blackjack.
( also considering their blackjack is rigged as they always cut half deck and definitely have more low cards added. I counted 50 cards less than 9 and 16 pictures over 66 cards.) this just does not happen in blackjack )

When I stopped at about 40k USD I tried to withdraw the money in $9000 USD increments (withdrawal limit). After two days and still pending I attempted to cancel withdrawal and try again. When I clicked cancel, the app showed an error of ‘no withdrawal pending’ and my balance was wiped.
