I had no trouble at all withdrawing over the last couple of months but this time I requested a withdrawal of only $700 and I was hit with you need to send documents to verify kyc ...never before been asked but Ive sent what was required 4 times now and still haven't received my money .this platform is a scam

I got a big win a week and a half ago and got kyc'd when I tried to withdraw. I sent all correct info requested.

Everything was sent (the online chat agent even confirmed everything looked good) and then I went to log back in last night and my account was permanently suspended…I didn’t even get an email from them for a reason why.

Used them for a year with no issues, nothing ever mentioned about kyc, pay outs always happened within a 12 hr time period. I did nothing different when I got this win, no bonus used, just a raw deposit with my card. And for some reason after all this time and money spent with them, they do that to me…DISGUSTING!

What are they doing? I can see other people are copping the same grievance. They need to be audited ASAP!

After two years of consistent withdrawals and fair play by royal reels and me , i was hit with a kyc email today. im waiting to see if i will be ignored , or they will actually stand on their word , and pay out. will follow through with my next review

Had been playing with no issues for over a year, I've withdrawn winnings seemlessly in the past, the winnings were always in my bank account within a couple of hours and I was recommending this site to anyone when asked. I attempted to withdraw my winnings 2 days ago expecting the money in my account later that day. When it didn't arrive by the next morning I contacted support who gave me the "3 - 5 business day speech". I contacted them again later that day to be told I needed to supply my ID documents. I've already supplied this information and there were no issues, as like I said I've done multiple withdrawals over varying amounts since I originally provided them with my ID. Nothing has changed since account inception, my ID is still current and my bank account is the same as it's always been. Support has been no help, they keep saying it's under review but cannot provide a timeframe. I have tried to cancel my request but I'm unable to do this either. I will no longer be recommending this site as you can't trust they'll pay out, even if you're a long standing customer whose easily withdrawn in the past. Don't use this site unless you want your winnings held for no reason.

Had won previously had no trouble with withdrawal received 6hrs later this week I had won 1500 whilst in game play it kept updating my game then a message stating scheduled maintenance so I made withdrawal of 1500.00 fell asleep and when I woke I checked my bank no money then checked my royal reels account 16¢ no withdrawal pending I messaged them only to be told that I had cancelled an that I played the amount down which I stated that I hadn't done this I told them that I withdrew money at 12:15am before the 1am scheduled maintenance they said that there hasn't been any scheduled maintenance I assured them I hadn't played and they told me it's my problem that Im responsible for the missing funds
