I needed new cushions for Savoy chairs…
I needed new cushions for Savoy chairs that I have had for twenty years. New cushions were excellent, reasonably priced compared to others and arrived within a week.

Replacement chair feet covers.
I wanted to replace my feet covers on my Royal Garden furniture, spoke to a Mr. Grant Pickering who said he would email me when in stock, which he did, ordered them immediately and received them within a couple of days. Very efficient .

Although it stated 10-15 days delivery didn’t get item until 4 weeks very disappointed as had to email to ask question when delivery would be had to wait further two days didn’t arrive on date txt to rearrange delivery asked for am didn’t arrive till pm disappointed with quality of item colour not the same as other royal garden furniture that I have

We are sad to see you have had a negative experience with ourselves and would like to talk with yourself regarding this.
Our carrier is a 3rd party carrier who works on our behalf so would appreciate any feedback you can give.
They currently have explained the reason for the delay doesn't lay solely with them, we would like to hear your side of the story.
Also, regarding the bench colour, we would like to discuss this also.
Any bad review is damaging to our small team in the UK and we want the opportunity to make things right.

Regarding the late delivery our carrier had attempted to contact you a number of times to try and get this order booked in before the leadtime had expired. By the time the carrier got hold of yourself we ofcourse went over the stated leadtime.
We understand when a delviery date was finally agreed the carrier did let us down which we have apologised for, i expect when a delivery is agreed with the carrier they should do their upmost to fufill that date.
Regarding the colour difference, as explained the Royal Garden brand has changed owners from your original set, this is the reason for the slight varioation on the colour.

I paid for furniture early this month and have had no delivery information despite an email and a phone call. (After posting this review I have had a phone call and delivery will be in two days so have added a star.)

Good quality garden set
Bought very nice garden furniture set that was fairly easy to put together. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was in time frame that was confirmed to me over the phone. Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because they ignore enquiry messages sent via a form on their website.

DAMAGED TABLE
ONE OF THE PANELS OF THE ROYAL,GARDEN TABLE WAS DISTORTED.
THE RESPONSE OF THE TWO MEMBERS I DEALT WITH WAS EXEMPLERY.
IN FACT IT IS DIFFICULT TO FAULT THE WAY THEY HANDLED MY POBLEM. THEY WERE WELL COORDINATED, FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT. FIVE STARS IS NOT REALLY ADEQUATE
