Great service from Ross Care
Nigel Wilson our engineer from Ross Care was very friendly, professional and helpful with the delivery and adjustments to my Husband's new wheelchair.
He demonstrated clearly how to use the controls/options and also advised on safety issues and common problems that may arise and how to resolve them. He answered all my questions and didn't rush us.
He was very knowledgeable and compassionate and ordered some other parts that he felt would be beneficial for my Husband's needs and make him more comfortable e.g. a longer arm on the head support and arm rests with extra padding.
Great service from Ross Care.

Outstanding Service
Sean Taylor attended our residential home to fix a residents wheelchair. He was very efficient, kind and polite.
Carried out a repair in a timely manner and was accommodating of our residents needs.

Sean Taylor came out to add some additional parts to my wheelchair. He was (as always) attentive, personable and professional. He called ahead, following prompt booking in from Dan at their office (I cannot praise him highly enough either). Huge thank you - the job was completed promptly and checked thoroughly with me in situ. Adjustments were made until both Sean and I were happy. Thank you to Rosscare, Sean and Dan for their usual prompt service and high standards.
