Rockwell Legal Group are about the best group you can find if you have a debt problem you need to fix. Rockwell has been taking care of my debt for a while now , and i could never be happier with the results i have seen so far. i am so glad i picked Rockwell they have very polite people to work with and they listen to your problems and explain very well how they will fix your problem!!

I called Customer Service and chose to have them call me back, because of an extended wait time. The callback came less than an hour later. My concern was addressed and I was given the information I needed! Thank you!

Avoid Rockwell Legal, This is by far the worst business I have ever worked with, they do not do what they say they will. All they want is your $$$, and will leave you with being sued and will not help.
You are far better doing things by yourself, that way you can us the $ you save to help pay your debts off. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

Extremely unsatisfied customer here. I was led to believe that they would negotiate and pay off an original total amount of 39k in debt within a 3 year time frame. I am currently over 2 years into the contract and only $1,783 in debt has been paid off with progress towards a second debt payoff that was originally $9,917. Doing the math, over $18,000 has been paid out of my pocket up to this point with $751.51 per month since November 2017. And now my credit rating went from the high 700s (770-810 depending on the agency) in November 2017 to the low 600s today in January 2020. I still carry about the same amount of debt, have credit collections on my credit report for the first time, and it looks grim at best if Rockwell can uphold their end of the deal. In addition, they are nearly impossible to reach and when you do reach someone, they can't give you any concrete answers as to how they plan to uphold their end of the contract with less than a year remaining on the contract. If nothing changes, I am currently on track to pay out over $27,000 to Rockwell Legal Group and am on track to have them pay off $11,700 before that 3 year mark and they hope to pay an additional $8,786. This will leave anywhere between $10,000 -$17,000 they have received more than they have been able to pay off in debt. In addition, I will be left with an additional $18,252 debt they are unable to pay off that was under the original contract. I asked the customer service representative to put someone on that could give me more answers as what I was receiving seemed rather limited, but was told it would take two DAYS to get a call back on that request..... This is why they receive this poor rating from me. I held up to my end of the contract, but I am not convinced in the slightest that they will be able to uphold their end.

I've always received good service from Rockwell Legal Group.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT DOING IT.
EVERYTHING SEEMS GOOD OR AT LEAST THE WAY THEY EXPLAIN IT TO YOU IS VERY ATRRACTIVE BUT ONCE YOU JOIN THE PROGRAM FIRST OF ALL MOST OF THE MONEY THEY COLLECT ARE FEES AND JUST A LITTLE BIT GO TO SAVINGS.
SECOND WHEN YOU GET SUE BY ONE OF THE CREDITORS THEY LEAVE YOU ON YOUR OWN.
YOU HAVE TO PAY A LAWYER, YOU HAVE TO GO TO COURT, YOU HAVE TO DO EVERYTHING YOURSELF AND I SAID THIS FROM MY OWN EXPERIENCE.
SO MY ADVICE IS DON'T DO IT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Ram servicing always has long waits, and cannot do biweekly drafts. Very inconvenient. You have to call in, wait, take a long time for them to change payment dates, and then record it all. Their process is horrible.

My review was not positive. It in fact was a complete negative. Your law firm has become a big pain in my @#$. I call you and spend usually 20 to 30 minutes on hold to only get a customer service rep who is nothing but a roadblock to keep me from getting any real answers. I always get some kind of excuse why I can't speak with a litigator. I have been served summons on 3 account. The 30 day time limit has been passed and I have no idea what is going on with my accounts. I am seeing a local attorney in the morning to discuss my options and how to proceed getting reimbursement for fees paid to you.

They never call you back, they will not keep you informed they say they are going to follow and don’t.....frustrated

All you people ever do is lie. Was told I'd get a call in a week, it has been a month. All the problems I have with y'all is making me very angry. Maybe it is time to just sue you liars. Quit screwing me over and fix this already!!!

The representative was courteous, knowledgeable and understanding.

I have paid my shredded amount no you for 18 mos guess what now I,m getting my pay garnished Discover is taking 140to 160 a week. I was told this should not happen what a mess and getting no results with the money I have paid I have yet to speak to talk to my advisor I have paid for I would like to have someone call me on 9374709tow after 6 pm.

For the love of God, and your financial well being, pick ANYONE else.

The last time it tooke me 3 times to get some answers and I am still waiting for the call back as to what was happening

I signed with them about a year and a half ago. 7500 dollars later I now have 3 lawsuits against me and a judgement pending because even though I am legally represented by a lawyer through Rockwell (according to my contract) they never responded to any of my court things despite me sending it to them. They also did not contact me via lawyer to let me know if i needed to respond. Now I am super screwed. Cancel with them! Hurry!

If you research them more you will see they are a set up company that is made by a larger company who has dozens of these to get people to sign with them and pay them. There is also a lawsuit against them from what I saw online.

I contacted This one law group to join the lawsuit. It costs nothing. They only take a portion of my winnings IF I win. Otherwise costs literally nothing.

I went to google and then Ice Legal website and looked up debt litigation with Rockwell Legal Group aka their real name Strategic Finance Solutions. Google showed me. The lawsuit is online when I looked.

EDITED: I decided to slightly edit my review because Rockwell reported it to Trustpilot (to get the review taken down I think) and then they called me- a man named James- to discuss a refund with me and to ask me if I have legal representation.
So in response to that I’ve edited it to say that I absolutely am not accusing. What I have said are either facts specific to my experience, or they are educated guesses on what’s happening.

SECOND EDIT: Rockwell has again challenged my review and requested Trustpilot to take it down because I was promoting or asking people to do something. I wonder what they are trying to hide. Because I referenced the website where you can find the lawsuit against them. I have edited this review and made it clear that I myself have joined the lawsuit against this company for allegedly scamming people out of their money. The lawsuit is by Ice Legal Group and I found it by googling it. People can do whatever they want with that Info.

This asks for an opinion about Rockwell Legal Group, not the customer service representative we just talked to. Overall (about one a half years now) we have not been happy with Rockwell. First of all, every time we call we have to be on hold for an average of 40 minutes to get a live person, and generally that person doesn't then do what they tell us they will do. We finally talked to Jason C. this afternoon and he did what he said he would do, and he did it right away! He was wonderful and I would give him personallly 5 stars! Finally. We have had to make 8 to 10 calls to Michael Bunyan in New York. He never answers his phone and he never ever returns calls. We have placed 5 additional calls to Rockwell to clear this up and Jason was the only one who helped. Reward him! This issue has been going on for over 2 months. The paperwork that needed signed was sent to Michael on December 6th .... one month ago, and we have had to beg 5 different people for it. Thank you.

Ok it was difficult being placed on hold for couple weeks but I finally got thru. But your employer named David was very helpful in helping me skip a payment for the month of January 2020. Rockwell really rocks well. ..
