The convenience of the location for closing and everything went smoothly. The notary seemed thorough and kept us on track. He was pleasant to work with and easy going.

If anyone has Derrick to work with just know that if it can be done he’s the man to have on your side if it weren’t for him I wouldn’t have been able to buy my house he’s awesome and pretty much the only person that keeps everybody else that’s assigned to your account on the same page if I were to try to buy a second house, he he would be the only one I would wanna deal with thank you Derrick you’re awesome!!!!

Wonderful experience

I didn’t close. My appt was at 5:30, rocket called me at 5:35 and said I do everything on my own by going on the app. So I continue what I’m doing then go on the app 10 minutes later. Had I KNOWN I had to zoom call with the notary I would have been there, but the call at 5:35 didn’t mention that. So I missed my closing. If we are going to do phone call closings, try and let us know the full process.

The notary called us the night before to confirm our appointment. When she confirmed the spelling of our names it was discovered that all of the documentation was missing JR after Roger. She called Rocket Close prior to arriving at our house for the closing. They stated that they would have all corrected before she arrived to the closing. This was not the case. She called the 800 number and waited over an hour and a half and no one picked up. She also emailed with no response and finally we got an another number and a person picked up and was able to help. The whole process of waiting on the phone to close was over two hours. We were able to close, but the process was very time-consuming and stressful on everybody. The notary was very patient and helpful.

People involved in the closing were great and customer focused.

What detracted from a 5 star rating was continual IT issues in both items leading up to closing as well as some items during closing.

Closing remotely was efficient and convenient.

The process was smooth. The instructions were easy to follow and everything was signed and completed in under 5 minutes.

It was easy the entire way through. Every question I had was answered quickly. If my agent was out for a day someone else stepped in to answer.
