The closing experience was great. Approximately a 10-minute closing was unbelievable. I followed and completed all the directives on the closing page and when the notary arrived on time, all I had to do is press a few buttons and it was done.

For the most part the closing went pretty good. I had questioned the cash back out of closing and was told it would be put towards lowering the principal. It did not happen and the money was directly deposited in my account.

I liked the service that was offered. My biggest complaint was lack of cohesion across the team. I interacted separately with up to 6 different team members including rocket mortgage. There was never a single POC in charge of driving everyone to success. The service would benefit greatly from a SPOC coordinator driving the internal rocket silos independently and providing the customer with a single unified representative.

My wife was in Michigan and I was in Pennsylvania and we both kept getting kicked out of the online closing. We would each get back in and be able to see and hear the others, but not be seen or heard. This went on and on for an hour and a half when everyone gave up
