My closing documents didn't upload correctly. Now I have to redo the closing process. Which has delayed everything.

Rocket Mortgage makes everything so much easier. They also communicate very well and answer any questions quickly. We will always continue working with Rocket Mortgage.

Ryan Craven who was totally professional & extremely patient with us, answered all of our questions. Made sure repeatedly to let us know he was there to assist in any way! The Rep came to our home and it didn't take long to complete the closing.

Simple and easy from start to finish. As always, exceptional customer service. Bradley Burke was a great help.

The original closing was conducted online. I completed the sign-in and verification processes. However, once I connected with the notary, she informed me that my identification neither failed nor passed; I needed to go through the process again.

I received a message stating, "Front of ID captured, looking good." After the back of my ID was captured, I received another message saying, "Back of ID scanned successfully." Despite this, the notary pushed the documents again for one more attempt, but there was still no change. She needed to get online for her next closing, which prompted me to reschedule.

There was nothing wrong with my identification on my end; it wasn't blurry and had no shadows. Thankfully, Rock managed to reschedule the closing in person for the same day, so my closing package remained unchanged. I wasted nearly 45 minutes of my day before the loan finally closed successfully. Although I sent clear pictures to the closer, she still could not proceed without completing the process in person. Had that not been resolved, I would have considered canceling the loan completely.

Rocket Mortgage Company was easy to work with, kept communication lines open, and had great customer service.

Awesome Service, very impressive Staff. They knew just what I was looking for. And everything went very smooth. Can't wait to get my house spruced up and a high interest debt paid off. Be nice to have all my debt paid and have everything simplified. Thank You Rocket Mortgage!!!

Veronica was great. She explained everything and was very very helpful. I am terrible at doing things online but she was very patient with me and guided me through the whole process.
