The whole thing was easy and painless.

The people were nice, and helpful especially because I am not one to do things on line.
But I had 30 tasks or so and I had to do about 3 extra things to Prove I did those!!! It was a nightmare for me

Everyone was very personable and explained things fully .

Most 0f all most response to my questions was quick, only one person was slow to respond.

Rocket knocked it out of the park with my recent closing. Adam Zinkosky provided expert advise on products and structure. He also brought in For Sale By Owner Assist, which made the purchase agreement a breeze. Next was Rocket Close. Ben Holtquist was available, timely and kept me informed the entire process. I was able to close at my home. The follow up, efficiency and professionalism was excellent.

People were helpful and was an easy transaction

Everything was very well explained. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. There were a lot of moving parts to this transaction, but everything went very smoothly.

Rocket Mortgage contacted us at just the right moment, right when we needed it. And from there it was all UPHILL! They always kept the lines of communication open. They were constantly both professional and personable at the same time. Their finance option for us was much better than the competing option. Even the virtual closing session went great! No complaints 👌

It was so nice that a member of your team came to our home with all the paperwork that we needed to sign, instead of us doing the signing on line. We’re both in our 70s and aren’t up to date on computers!!

System issues, could not un click options that we accidentally clicked. Missed spelling after correcting several times 3-4. Difficult to login. Almost a full month of waiting for underwriting to clear documents that were correct and submitted promptly the first time. I was hours away from losing my rate.

Overall, the process was okay. However, excessive documentation was requested which Rocket already had from the last refinance. And, once this documentation was provided, it took up to 3 days to respond. The process should be streamlined for those who are already Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Money customers. The agent, Moe, was good, but not all that responsive to my requests. The closing agent, Raven, was great.

Everyone was knowledgeable and professional and polite

The notary who helped me close was lovely but it was frustrating when I didn’t get access to my signing documents online until after he had left. I had hoped to complete my signing virtually before his arrival and had been looking for the link starting at 0700 when I was told it would arrive.

Nice people here, so helpful and knowledgeable about helping us to get our financial goals.

Having early access to many documents was useful.
Prompting was appropriate. Video cintact was clear courteous professional.
