We do our best to close all deals quickly but please keep in mind, we service customers who are building or rebuilding credit so the process can take a little longer than our prime counterparts. In fact, closing a deal in 3 hours is much faster than some second-look lenders who can take days to close. Hi, we are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the process. Since our system is 100% online and paperless, there can be a learning curve with the first few deals. The good news is that once you are comfortable with the program, we can close and fund deals same day which is a unique offering for a second-look lender. In addition, there is no need to snail mail contract packages!
