I applied with Roadrunner Financial for a motorcycle loan received a letter that stated my app being denied. I read the letter stating my fico score which was completely wrong. Contacted Roadrunner talked with someone that did not help. I have descent credit and I pay my bills on time after reading the bad reviews about this company I would not suggest to no one using this company. What's real funny I applied with my credit union and got approved.

Bought a bike from a Facebook…
Bought a bike from a Facebook marketplace seller, showed me he payed off the entire loan on August 2nd, it is now August 30th and there is no sign of a title anywhere, between me and the seller he had the loan. If you guys can check on the status and let me know if the loan has been released or not that would be the bare minimum, I can give you any and all information needed to check on the title/loan status. And that would be the bare minimum.

Horrible. HORRIBLE. Did I get approved for a motorcycle loan? Yes. Did I pay every payment BEFORE the due date? Also yes. Did I get calls every month telling me I’m late? Every. Fricken. Month. I went ahead and payed off the loan over a year early just to be done with them. Run. Road run away from this company. I really hope it didn’t negatively affect my credit. They would take WEEKS to process a payment that left my bank ahead of time. Fricken yikes. Never again. Lesson learned.

If I could put no stars, I would. The 5 star reviews are lies. This company is a total scam artist!! Financed a 6000$ bike, payed 3000$ in 19 monthly payments and still owe 5000$
Do yourself a favor, even if Roadrunner is your only option, RUN!!! Do not use this company!

I sent in an application for a new motorcycle. I get a letter from Roadrunner Financial stating that my credit score was very low because they run a different module of scoring than anyone else. I’m by far not perfect from my “Past” but I take every penny I have to pay my bills now. They run ads telling everyone that they have a high approval rating, but in reality seems like they turn almost everyone down on credit. This place is a freaking joke!!!

Extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone that isn’t a bot. Difficult to get them to help you with just about anything to be completely honest. No one in their financial team has “any power” to make decisions. And their call back time frame is 2-3 business days if you want to speak with a supervisor. Highly recommend just avoiding this finance company entirely, a credit union, Any one OF THEM, would be a lot better to go with rather than this company.

I battled an auto pay problem from the time i purchased an atv. I am and in and out of the country for work. So i like to have my stuff set up on autopay.
Well today i get a knock at the door and its a repossession company. I call road runner the lady says im 51 days past due, and asks if i want to run payment with my card ON FILE. I was furious only for the reason they had my card info. It WAS SUPPOSE to be on auto pay.now i have a repo on my credit all becasue roadrunner financial is a joke.
I will be doing everything i can legally to take action. The online system does not work by setting up auto pay. Since thousands of other reviews state the same thing. Terrible company

If I could leave a negative star I would. This company is total B.S. such a scam. We have been trying to get them to send us info on payoff amount so we can get our gap insurance filed. Sent numerous emails, talked to several people, with no help from anyone on their end only for them to send us letters in the mail and phone calls telling us that they will send us to collections if they do not get their payment in full, but they are holding up the entire process. Make it make sense. WE NEED THEM TO MAKE THE NEXT MOVE AND SEND THE NEEDED INFO TO US, they refuse. This company is the worse financing company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was so excited when they approved my request. The Rep that called to verify my information was nice and courteous. I just got my product so I haven't dealt with the part of making payments yet or anything. I was sent a timely text to get to payment info. So far great experience for me. Thanks again!

I contacted roadrunner to see about refinancing so I could get a better interest rate. My credit score is pretty good. They said they don’t do that. I was shocked when I looked at the interest rate on my on my account! That is not what I agreed to. I believe they are predatory lender, buyer beware.

My fiancee bought a sxs and they keep changing the contract. The dealership is trying their best to help. But if they keep changing it we will be returning the sxs back to the dealership. They are beyond sketchy and this is not how you work with consumers.

They don’t care !
My dad had a camper with them. He passed last November. I reached out and explained what had happened and provided a death certificate. I was willing to continue to make the payments and they even said I could but they wouldn’t provide any information on how much was owed or how much the payments were. I was still in the process of filing an estate. They said I could pay whatever but I didn’t want to risk of doing that and they still come and reprocess it. I kept trying to work with them and now they have it up for repossession.

I paid off my loan three weeks ago, and I have documents proving the payoff. They now tell me it may be the first of April before the lien is released.

I was hardly late on my payments, until I was hurt on my job at the MTA i continue PA.\n Ying my bike. I explained to road runner financial that I had to workman's.\n Claim. On file.\nAnd I was denied\nAnd that I was going to get paid five months of back pay then proceeded to ask them if I could waive 1 or 2 late fees from my payment. I was told they don't do that. I will never use road runner financial ever again. I will then tell the bike company that I broke the bike from not to use them.

This company is very shady
This company is very shady. Somehow, my account for my motorcycle is locked. In order to unlock it, you have to call the customer service number, which I did. The representative does not know exactly why it’s locked, nor can they unlock it for me. The representative did state that it would automatically lock for non-payment, however my last payment was about 20 days ago, and my new payment isn’t due for another 10 days. Once I stated that and they were able to verify on their end they stated that a “specialist” was going to get back to me, which they haven’t. Round and round they send you. Why have a customer service number when the representatives can’t help. Utterly ridiculous, please buyers beware!

They totally took advantage of my elderly mother. Interest rate is incredibly high she will never be able to pay it off.When she pointed that out they told her she should consider refinancing. Also have horrible customer service.
