You can always get through to office staff and the engineers are prompt, respectful of keeping your home clean and never need to be called back. I will never use another provider.

Ryan and his Team allow me to have Peace Of mind whenever I need any of their services. They are always prompt, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my home whether its a new Full Central Heating Boiler replacement, a boiler service or just a leaky tap they consistently provide a 5* Service.

We switched from British Gas to Martindale because BG were unreliable. And the difference in there approach to a customer and their performance is amazing. You are their priority. From the way they deal with you on the phone to them arriving on the door step.

Engineer arrived when they said he would for our annual service, he was professional and courteous. After he had finished everything was back to being neat and tidy with no mess to clear up. Very pleased with the service we received.

Ryan and his team are excellent workers.We had a mega problem over one weekend.We were desperate for help and rang Ryan-it was Sunday.It was a big job and while mending one he discovered another leaking pipe.
As it wasn't a job for 1 day he came in few times and always with a smile,informing that he is on his way and respected our property..We are grateful for all the work he did.

I had a new boiler fitted by RJ Martindale in 2023, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. From the initial consultation to the installation, the team was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to my home. They even took the time to walk me through the system and explain how everything worked.

Since then, I’ve opted for their homecare after-service, and it’s been fantastic. Their team is always quick to respond to any questions or issues, and I feel confident knowing my boiler is well-maintained and looked after. The peace of mind their homecare plan offers is invaluable, and I’m glad I chose RJ Martindale for both my boiler installation and ongoing service. Highly recommend!

Such a professional team.
We had a visit to check our boiler and to discuss what type would suit us with plenty of options but was under no pressure to go for high end, more expensive boiler. On the day to fit the new boiler in Nov 23, the lads were so polite, wore overshoes the entire time and made a path to access the boiler. They cleared away leaving no trace of any work done, other than a lovely new boiler.
We signed up for the service plan and 1 yr later the office got in touch to book our first service. Again, the engineer turned up, was professional and tidy.

They are a brilliant team, I had a few issues with a new boiler they took it right to the top with the manufacturer on my behalf, always friendly and ready to help!

Very quick response to a boiler breakdown. The engineers managed to get my boiler working but advised it wasn't going to keep working in the longer term.(It was an old boiler). They showed me how to get it back on each time it failed. After a few months they renewed my boiler. Engineers and staff in office were all great. Engineers arrived on time, boiler renewed and they explained to me how to use it. No mess, no fuss and new boiler very effective. Would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve used the very efficient, pleasant, courteous and helpful team, including Office staff and mobile engineers for several years. RJ Martindale do all the work making annual service appointments and the actual service. I just unlock the door and offer a brew which is usually declined. In years past I’ve used the big national suppliers but customer service received from RJ Martindale exceeds anything previously experienced.

I have had a Homecare Service Plan with RjMartindale for a few years now. The service has been prompt and of the highest professional standard. The annual service, included in the plan, helps to prevent future boiler issues. In the event of a callout, there is minimal wait for an engineer.
