I cancelled my order, and never received my refund (or merchandise) Emailed again and received a message that the email does not exist.
FRAUD! SCAM! So not order for

If I could give a 0 or less I would! Ordered early December, tracking was slow to ever update and it was never specific. Would pull up in Chinese and I would have to have the site translate to English. Customer support responded to 1 email offering 15% of my cost for my patience. Today the package says "dropped off" when it is clearly not at my home. I emailed the customer support address I used previously and it is undeliverable. I initiated the chargeback process immediately.

I ordered candles that never came. It’s definitely a scam.

It’s a scam. They stole money from me. I never received my order and they probably never shipped it. Where are they based out of? They need to be stopped.
Also they operate under different names but the bank statement says Risetor.com.

Shouldn’t even give this a one star rating. I ordered some candles from them on November 27th and never received even though it said delivered to addressee on dec 26th. Emailed them they said pls give it couple more weeks. Charge was immediately taken out of my account. Emailed them again and have gotten no response, and for the 3rd and 4th time and now it says the email is not valid. Go figure. Should have know to good to be true.

Placed an order on what I thought was funko pop for some Christmas gifts on December 2nd. Looked on my bank site and it said risetor and not funko pop!
Emailed twice about the order and was told it shipped and was sent a bogus tracking number. Needless to say I have not gotten the order and had to go out and purchase different gifts. Unlike the other reviews on here I saw this on instagram and it said they shipped from the U.S.
Shame on them for letting these people post on their site!!

Not even worthy of 1 star. Was in contact with their customer service via email until they were no longer a valid email.

I ordered a bunch of candles for my birthday and for Christmas Gifts. They never came. I tracked every day on 17 track from China Post. They then came back after 6 weeks and said it was delivered. I called them out and told them I was reporting them for fraud and writing reviews on any site that would allow me to. They begged me to give them time for the refund to post. Shocker it never did.

I wouldn't even give a one star but I hadn't choice. The link was Bath and body works. So it was that time of year so I honestly didn't think much about it and since I was on a very tight budget this year thought it was a perfect gift for pretty much everyone I had planned buying for. 😪 needless to say I was empty handed come Christmas. Such a scam. It completely ruined my spirits this year. I'm so upset that I fell for something like is.

Did not receive my order! Was messaged to p/u at shippers w/o a name, address or phone number. Their email is now no longer valid as well.

This place is a scam i ordered stuff and they sent me a fake tracking number and then they blocked me so i couldn’t send them messages

I ordered holiday decor on November 18th, with the 'promise' it would be delivered before December 6th. It is passed Christmas and still nothing has been delivered. Emails to their 'customer service' have not been answered. Avoid!

I didn’t get my order of a makeup vanity. But they sure did take my money! Don’t buy from this company!

Beware this website. The nativity scene I ordered in early November never arrived. More than likely because it was never shipped. Customer service is impossible to reach by phone because they have no listed phone number (a real red flag) and when they do respond via email they’re useless. Every scam-detecting website on the internet warns consumers about them and with good reason. I’ll be contacting my credit card company today to begin the chargeback process.

I would not even give them one star but perhaps for their stalling tactics. They sure charged my credit card instantly and almost 6 weeks later, I don’t have my Christmas bedding. They sent me bogus tracking information, told me to file a claim with my local post office even though they claimed it was a direct shipment from a reputable private delivery service and finally suggested I go check with all my neighbors to see who signed for it. Absolutely a huge scam and shame on Facebook for continuing to allow them to advertise on their platform.

Ordered from what I thought was Home Goods on 11/25. Receipt said Risetor. Never heard of Risetor. Received a tracking # from China. 23-days later it says shipment was delivered. I never received a thing & their “customer service” does not respond.

Well just like many others thought I was getting a great deal on some Christmas candles for gifts. Ordered right around Thanksgiving. About a week ago I started wondering where they could be. Absolutely no response. Took me 3 hrs to finally decide on what I could on $20. Might not be much to some but $20 is a huge financial hit. I only have 4 people I do christmas for and I was able to get something for them all. What a crappy thing to do 'risetor'.

Total fakes! Scam! Placed order, received a tracking number from them using China Post, they claim package was delivered on a Sunday. Nothing was ever received! Won't respond to any more of my email inquiries.

I ordered some candles from what I thought was Bath and Body Works in November. On my bank statement it said Risetor and for the amount charged. I have emailed several times concerning my order and if I was not going to get my order anytime soon then I would need my refund. No response whatsoever!

This company will tell you your money is coming 5 to 7 business days they have refunded to your bank report as fraud because it's a lie!!!! They are a scam!!!

I saw this ad on fb for a dressing table for NZD 75 but paid in USD. This is the first time I got scammed shopping online. I should have researched it before making the payment. It has been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard yet. I emailed them and they advised due to the hot sale season it’s taking longer for them.
