Í ordered XL size knee brace and they sent me a M size, I catch the error in my receipt and I did reach out thru email since they don’t provide any guest service phone number, they replied to me saying they will send the right size, didn’t happened, it’s been a month and really needed it for a surgery recovery, after so many attempts to reach out to them no answer at all and it’s been more than a month… the least they can do is to give me my money back

I’d give it 0 if I could. I ordered a knee brace 8th March and still not received it. I had 3 responses from them 1 saying they’d send another 2 saying they’d give me 30% discount and 3 a refund. I’ve received a big fat NOTHING. I emailed them and told them they were a scam and they didn’t reply to that one!!! I’ve been scammed!!!! Folks please don’t give them your hard earned money!!!!

You will never get your article, even if: its a cheap copy and no refund whatsoever. They will negotiate with 10-20% discount FROM THE NEXT SHOPPING- pls dont!- and even IF they promise real money back, you will never have it. (noncense Google translate canned response, robotic answers, zero support given, only bot generated BS answers come, IF they even come.). Since you can not send back the article- IF you even got it! - your bank wont help you to get back the money. Avoid as plague

I would like to give zero stars but at least I did receive something! Not 2 pretty GLASS mobiles which were quite expensive (even at supposed sale price) but plastic screen printed figures to fix on a window.

I will never ever order again from the company I’ve never received it I ordered it 3 months ago

Have emailed them twice to confirm details of a product they are selling but no reply. I believe the reason is that product doesn’t measure up

I should of read the reviews before I ordered their worthless anti wrinkling cream. Says to use sparingly... he'll I could pour the whole effin' tube on my wrinkles and have the same results! NOTHING BUT A JOKE!! EFFIN' SCAMMMMMERSSS

Brought 2 kneebraces as per the size guide on the website. The company boasts Fast Delivery! 3 weeks……
When it did arrive I’d be lucky if it fitted a child let alone an adult, what a load of rubbish, you can never get hold of them to arrange a return or leave a review on their website. Steer clear of this company and their products, I should have reviewed Trustpilot first!!!

Shocking service , won't answer their emails but portrait they are customer services focused , they're not , package arrived in bits with no instructions how it goes together, package wasn't protected it was sent in a plastic bag and was damaged , they didn't respond to my email .

I would give them 0 stars due to them stating they delivered what I ordered.and instead of getting the deluxe.marking set I received 2 crappy dog toys. I have been fighting with my CC company ro get a refund and they tell me.if I return what I received they will refund me. The issue is they want me to ship it to China which will most likely cost as much as what I ordered. So STAY CLEAR OF THIS SITE AND COMPANY. VERY DISHONEST

I ordered a magnetic phone holder which wasn’t cheap either.

When it arrived, it barely could stand up on its own and the legs kept collapsing.

I emailed their customer service as they don’t have any option to initiate a refund on your own.

They asked me to send photo evidence that the stand was faulty, which I did, to which they replied “Given the international logistics costs involved, we recommend a
partial refund of £4.00 (25% of your order total) as a gesture of
goodwill”.

The offer of £4 refund for a product which doesn’t function AT ALL is absolutely insulting and goes against my consumer rights to a refund within 30 days. I have replied stating that I expect a full refund though I do not have high hopes.

This company is scamming customers with cheap products and then you are stuck with a piece of junk.

Never gotten my order I pay for must been a Scam

I ordered two 12-car magnetic number train sets as birthday gifts for two children to help them learn how to count to 10.

In one package, train number 9 was missing, and train number 0 was delivered twice. They asked me to send photos as proof, which I did. I was then told that they would resend the missing item, but I never received any confirmation or a tracking number. Still waiting for weeks now.

My advice: do not order from this company. Their customer service is poor, and they do not check what they send to customers. This product clearly comes from China, and they operate as a dropshipper. It looks too good to be true — do not believe their stories.

Received the magnetic phone holder. The magnet is not strong enough to hold tight the phone it can drop of the magnet. Several emails ignored

Parcel arrived empty its been damaged/ripped in transit. Ive sent 3 emails asking for a refund and ive been ignored each time. They were quite happy to reply to my email when the parcel was late but now i have an issue they cant be bothered to email back. If i could give them no stars I would *AVOID AT ALL COSTS*
