I wrote a review about this Risetor company that kept saying my order was in transit and delivered. That never happened. After contacting them, they sent an email back with a "deal". They offered to refund my money minus 10 dollars for the shipping they lost out on. I don't know how that's my problem but okay as something is better than nothing. They said they would refund but they never have. Trying to send them another email but niw the address doesn't work. If you see something that seems to good to be true it probably isn't. Look up the reviews and company. Facebook doesn't filter scam companies out.

I placed a order on December 4th. I never received my product. They have agreed to issue a refund within 5-7 days. It has been 18 business days and I still have yet to receive my refund!

Total scam! They set up a phony website that copied McFarlane Toys, and it didn’t show otherwise until I placed the order and got back an equally phony receipt. Emailed them about their tracking and lack of an itemized receipt, and they responded with runarounds and such and even a bogus tracking number. Finally, I messaged them about the item showing delivered, but it wasn’t, and they blocked my email. So I’m out money and didn’t get my son’s birthday presents!!!

How can report to police this Webb , Resetor It's scam, It's took the money any one .
Please tell the police about it.

This is a scam. I ordered yard decor. They gave me the run around, but eventually said they would give me a refund. When I responded to let them know to send me a refund, the email wouldn’t go through. 😭

Beware! This company is a scam! They presented themselves as Overstock with savings of 90%. That should have alerted me then! I ordered November 27 2023 and haven’t received anything. Tried to email them but it was returned as undeliverable. Have contacted my bank and hope to recover my money through them.

Shame on me for not checking this out before I ordered various Christmas decorating items on December 3. Yes, they instantly charged my card, but I never received a thing. Sent email to customer service which was returned as undeliverable. The saying if it’s too good to be true sure applies here. I will report this to my credit card company now and go through that hassle for my $60.

Total SCAM.
They take your money and deliver nothing.

Total scam. Big shines balls, huh? Big f ing scam is what it is. Shame. Took my money and sent NOTHING. I would have at the least laughed if I received something REMOTELY like Christmas ornaments. Ash holes

Exact same thing happened to me. Do not try to purchase from them. You are warned.

I had to put 1star to write this review, but it would be 0 if I could. I only wish I had found this site BEFORE I ordered $40.00 worth of Bath & Body Works candles for Christmas gifts. Well, you all know…nothing arrived. I ordered on the 26 th of November, and, because I was anxious, I paid $12 EXTRA to have it shipped in 3 days. I will contact my bank tomorrow. I am embarrassed…but I am a 68 year old widow and live on Social Security…I cannot afford to be ripped off!!

Do not order anything from this company. I ordered several items in early Dec. Never received them or my money. I have been going back and forth with them. I have been sendcemails with them answering with excuses. I just sent another and now the address is no longer.

Wouldn’t give them 1 star scam! Facebook shouldn’t let these companies on there to scam people. Will be contacting the action fraud

I ordered candles and it is unlike me to not look up a company first but here I am right now on hold with my bank to get my money back. Shame on facebook, they should be held responsible for allowing these scammers on their page. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I ordered oversize Christmas Balls November 15, 2023. Early December I start emailing Risetor.com and got the run around. They sent me tracking information which lead nowhere. Finally after back and forth with them there tracking showed it was delivered to my town not my address. So yeah got scammed waiting on my dispute to get approved.

There should be a star that's a 0 or some6tgat allows a negative review. This company is a straight up fraud. I ordered back in early December and never received my item. I emailed the company and I received and tracking number. However, it was in Chinese when I tried to track it. It showed me that it was delivered when I went to my door it was not there. I am so disappointed because I was getting gifts for family and friends for Christmas. This is so unfortunate that people choose to scam people. I hope this person or company is found because now the email does not work. Just like everyone else in previous reviews.

Can I give a -100 star. I’m upset that I didn’t see this reviews before. Same as everyone here. I order on December 2 and yesterday said delivered. Now you tried to email them and the customer service email is no longer working.

This is a scam I ordered December 3rd and was offered 15% back if I would wait 1 more week then they did email me a second time now it’s undeliverable now I wonder about the tracking service also is it also a scam

RISETOR BEWARE - Thought I ordered something from B&BW but appartently not. Never recieved product, no phone number to call. Disputed the charge through my bank, which is pending right now.

Ordered the end of November. It’s the end of December and it is not here even though the fake tracking shows it was delivered. Now the email address is undeliverable. Do not be fooled and think it won’t happen to you.
