Absolutely wonderful company cant recommend highly enough. I had an order delivered and unfortunately 1 of the glasses was broken, I emailed them on a Sunday not expecting to hear till the Tuesday as Monday was a Bank Holiday but OMG they responded on the same day !!! And resolved the problem. As an artist who only paints on glass this will be the only supplier I will use in the future.

Excellent quality product (hi-ball glasses). Have ordered multiple times, on the occasions when goods have been damaged in transit they have always been very quick to send free replacements. Will use again.

I made a purchase and was not satisfied with my product. The customer service team were so prompt and helpful and guided me to the right direction, they reassured me along the process and I was very happy. Would definitely recommend!

Ordered a glass shelf came very well packaged but at some point the cardboard box was damaged and the brackets were missing i emailed them Saturday night they got back to me promptly and on Monday morning replacement was delivered . The shelf is just as described good quality fixings with clear instructions and great service. Would recommend on my experience.

I ordered a parasol base from Rinkit via The Range.
Unfortunately it was the wrong size and I had to return it.
Due to continued problems trying to process the return on The Range website (which I couldn't resolve) as a last resort I decided to contact Rinkit via email (I knew that they couldn't normally deal with anything bought through another Marketplace).
I dealt with Sara and Ana and I can only sing their praises.
They could have told me that they couldn't deal with it and refer me back to The Range but they didn't.
They apologised for the issues I was experiencing and resolved the situation at speed.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company whose main focus is their customer, and what it is that they can do to help them, instead of what is best for the company.
I would also like to say that when I initially ordered the item, the order was processed very quickly and it was delivered 2 days early!!
Thank you Sara and Ana for all your help and assistance it was really appreciated.
I would definitely order from Rinkit again and would be more than happy to recommend them to friends and family.

I’m really impressed with Rinkit. Their delivery was incredibly quick and everything arrived in great time. The whole process felt very professional from start to finish.
I did have a query about my order, and it was handled efficiently without any hassle. One of my orders arrived incomplete, but Ana was fantastic – she resolved the issue very quickly and ensured the missing items were sent out straight away. I received them the very next day, which was brilliant.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and would highly recommend Rinkit. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Bought a garden set through Tesco Marketplace from Rinkit and on assembly a nut snapped off one of the chair legs.
Phoned Rinkit and spoke to Ana. She was very helpful and amazingly a new pair of chairs arrived the next day.
Why can’t all companies be on the ball like Rinkit. Top marks Ana!! 😁

I purchased 35 frames from Rinkit. Delivery was incredibly quick and customer service is very quick to respond and professional - Ana is AMAZING!

I had a scratch on one of the frames delivered and a replacement was sorted out the same day (thanks Ana!)

Gorgeous glasswear at great prices. I had an issue with some of the items being damaged and Mathilde resolved the issue immediately so great service too - will return.

Order was received within a few days, unfortunately (not Rinkits fault), we had a couple of broken items. However, within a couple of hours of contacting Rinkit, I received an email to apologise for the damaged goods and confirmation that replacements were being sent.

Item was slightly faulty.
Emailed them and they were brilliant and refunded immediately.

My products arrived so quickly, the day after I ordered. However, the box looked battered when it arrived (not Rinkits fault). Luckily only one thing was broken, I emailed them, they sent out a replacement very quickly.
Products are good quality and at great prices.

Some glasses arrived cracked, Ana at Rinkit arranged for a replacement, which arrived within 24 hours!!

One of my glasses came smashed and when I emailed them over the bank holiday to let them know, they sent one immediately the following day. I was impressed with the customer service.

We ordered some glasses from Rinkit, the delivery was super fast. When the package arrived there was a glass broken, I emailed within an hour, we got a reply confirming a new one has been sent out. Brilliant prices with brilliant service.

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service has been extremely poor—rather than addressing my issue directly, I was repeatedly passed between representatives and given generic, unhelpful responses. This made it difficult to resolve my problem and left me feeling ignored as a customer. I would not recommend based on this experience.
Despite contacting your customer service team on multiple occasions to request the missing parts, the issue remains unresolved. I have experienced significant delays, lack of communication, and a refusal to provide a satisfactory solution, including compensation for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered 22 square storage jars with bamboo lids. The quality is very good & I'm very happy with them. One jar was broken in transit, so I emailed Rinkit and had a response back shortly after. They sent me a replacement the following day. Great communication, lovely product and fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them and will be buying more.
