Do not use for solar panels
Each time I put up a review it gets removed despite me correctly advising the contract number and supplying this information as requested. I will put on the review here. Right NRG Ltd provided me electrical installation certicate number 46866079 dated 19 March 2026.
This company is one of a number of companies in the group. In Mar26 they provided me certificates but not the MCS Certificate which is clearly stated in my contract.
Warning do not use this company for Solar Panels as they are not registered with any certifying body. They self certify so be warned!
I would not recommend.

We take all feedback very seriously, but I must state clearly that we have absolutely no record of a 'Holly Mcveigh' anywhere in our systems. We have checked our entire database, including all past inquiries, site surveys, and active contracts, and nobody by this name has ever interacted with our business.
We have already requested your project details through Trustpilot's verification tools to confirm your identity, but this request has been ignored.
If you are indeed a genuine customer, please email hello@right-nrg.co.uk immediately with your project reference so we can investigate this properly. If we do not hear from you, we will continue to work with Trustpilot to have this removed as a fabricated review.

David was very informative from point of sale.
Install completed in a few hours even though it was an afternoon appointment the lads worked all the way up to late hours to finish.

Beware of hiden fees
Please beware of cancellation and re-schedules fees which they do not communicate at first contact to book appointment. When changed my mind about getting the product I was questioned intensively and had to provide reason etc.
The sales person however was very knowledgeable and friendly.

worst company ever
worst company ever, DNO wasn’t competed at the time of installation in which they need my signature for so the certificate was fraudulent, nobody contacts you once they have received money leaving you blind. I’m not sure where any of these good reviews have come from the the only good thing was the sales rep who came out to me

We take allegations regarding DNO applications and certification with the utmost seriousness. However, after auditing our entire system, we have absolutely no record of any contract, installation, or interaction under your name. We also requested your project details through Trustpilot's verification tools, but unfortunately, this has been ignored.
Please allow me to be completely clear regarding our procedures: all DNO applications and certifications are handled strictly by the book. We process all network permissions legally and compliantly on behalf of our customers, and we certainly do not issue fraudulent certificates.

Added a battery to our existing panels after speaking to a few different companies. Right NRG were the only ones who didn't try to upsell us on a whole new system when we clearly didn't need one. Straightforward quote, quick install, and now we're actually storing what we generate instead of exporting it for pennies.
